Hilton Palm Springs Getaway
This was truly on e of the best rooms and hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was very comfy, large and clean. Walked to downtown. Staff extra friendly and accomodating from the minute of check in !! Can't wait to go back !!

Melvyn's on Baristo Street. Bartender, Scott Ward was awesome. Music nice as well! Linda and Raelynn awesome as well !!

Not that great
For the price and brand, I expected a bit more. The beds are incredible comfortable, but restaurant filthy and didn't get service at the pool twice (even though it wasn't crowded and they were adequately staffed). I expected more from a big chain hotel. This is the last time we'll stay here. Too bad - since it's such a great location.

Convenient and Clean Hotel
Hotel had large room and comfortable bed. Sitting on the patio outside was very peaceful. Room needed a refrigerator/drink dispenser. Restaurant was reasonable and the staff competent and friendly.

Palm Springs Perfection
Hilton is of course one of the best chains. In Palm Springs, this Hilton meets the discerning travelers' requirements, plus its location is rights across from the local casino, meaning entertaining, and fine food!

Love this Hilton! Been going for years!
I have been going to this Hilton every summer for many years. It's a great, affordable getaway in the low season. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are super clean and comfie and you can walk to downtown PS, but the hotel is not directly on the strip. It's perfectly located a block off of Palm Canyon drive. There is a mix of guests from business folks to families. If you don't mind a few kids at the pool, it is a nice pool area with a great poolside bar and cafe. There is also poolside service. Yummy pina coladas! I don't know how the hotel is in the high season...I stay away from PS in the Spring, but if you want a reasonable place in the summer and love the heat, this Hilton is the place to hit!

Just a block from downtown PS. Great street fair on Thurdays in the summer with lots of vendors and food.

Good location and great staff
Great central location for touring and adjacent to the Spa Resort Casino. Swimming pools were in good condition and fitness center. Spacious room with large bathroom facilities. Limited self service parking, but side street parking available.

Front desk bad/room great.
Front desk staff was not hospitable and did not make us feel like welcome guests. The room was very nice and spacious. This hotel is very well located in the heart of town. That is the only reason I would return to it.
