Extended Stay America Palm Springs - Airport

Everyone was incredibly nice and approachable. I would come back here every year for Dinah Shore

close to palm springs village, convention center and airport. Clean room with fridge, stove, microwave and sink. Only down for me was that we had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in.They need one more person at front desk! Also the breakfast they offer is very limited. Others hotels offer full breakfast. other than that, had a wonderful stay.

WE wanted a affordable room nearby to downtown Palm Springs. This location provided us with a kitchenette, king size bed and a smoking room for my wife. We arrived early and were able to check in. The staff was courteous and informative. If we needed supplies all we had to do was ask. The hotel within easy walking distance to downtown and also close to the airport. The only criticism is that the pool area was closed for maintenance so we could not use the area which we were not informed about on check in. All in all I got good value for my money

If you need to get to and from Palm Spring airport and the surrounding cities, Extended Stay is in a great location. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, and the air conditioner worked wonders on the Palm Springs 100-degree+ weather. The shower had good pressure and the water temperature was perfect. Having a kitchenette really made my stay much better, since it means not having to eat out every day. The only downside was getting locked out momentarily one night. I got in around 2am and the second set of doors wouldn't open. There were people in the lobby, so they opened up for me. I'm not sure if they lock the doors regularly.

I was bit all over my body and face by spiders. Hotel staff was really nice about it, switched our rooms and comped us a night... but still my eye was swollen shut.

There were so many things wrong I don't know where to start. Room phone didn't work, bathroom filthy, the pull out is a recliner, they do not have roll away beds. We had to buy a air mattress so kids could sleep on floor, because the floor was so bad. Blankets dirty and smelled. Heater/air smelled horrible when turned on. All they offered me was to change rooms. $250 for 2nights was a total rip off! Never staying in any of their hotels again.

This was the second time I stayed that Extended Stay Hotel great location close to everything. Staff was great and very nice and helpful. My room was very clean. I will return for a future stay.

I came to Palm Springs just to get away from Long Beach for the holiday weekend. The staff was wonderful very friendly [...] the manager went out of his way to see that my stay was great and [...] the night clerk was very friendly. I don't understand why the rooms are not cleaned everyday there is an extra charge for that this would be the only complaint I had about the hotel. Over all it was a great weekend stay.

When I arrived I was greeted by manager at front desk. He was very friendly and helpful with telling me about the area. He told me to try the street fair that is on Thursday nights. I thought I'd hear the noise of the airport since hotel is so close... only heard twice in my 8 day stay. I would reccommend this hotel. I did speak with other people that were working behind the front desk and they were all as friendly.
