Okay hotel-- Great location
Like many other people have said already, this hotel isn't that great... The room's are pretty clean. But it's really only worth it because of the location. It's super close to everything in Downtown Palm Springs.

loud air conditioner
The air conditioner was so loud we could not hear each other or the tv and was on full blast or off so we were either sweating or freezing. At 7am the garbage man took a full 20 minutes of loud banging to switch the dumpsters outside our door. Nice pool but dirty jacuzzi.Good breakfast and staff. We would never stay there again.

Not much to complain about.
We got this hotel room knowing we wouldn't be there most of the night. Check in was easy, the staff was nice. The room was pretty ordinary, and pretty clean except for the sink which had water build up. The beds were comfy. What is fantasic about this hotel is that it is pretty quiet and right next to all the action in Down Town Palm Springs. The morning breakfast ended at 10 though, and that was horrible because we didnt wake up until 9:30. I asked for a glass of milk at 10 and they said they were out. They left out the coffee and tea only. I would have liked an extra half or full hour of breakfast.

Cheap for a reason
The bed was surprisingly comfortable and it's definitely nice to have a refrigerator. But, when the hot water heater dies & they don't even bother to tell you... well, that just sucks. And of course, they couldn't "do anything" for us in terms of $ because we paid online. Book with Caution.

Nice Enough
I enjoyed the location of this hotel very much. The rooms were quite nice for the price as well. However, the pool was a little unkempt. It's Palm Springs, keep your pool clean!

This is a Comfort Inn, not the Taj Mahal. For a budget traveler it is a good choice. Walking distance to downtown activities, local restaurants nearby. The room was ok, a couple of little quirks but what room doesn't have them. The AC worked great but the motor was a little loud. The room i had was 2nd floor on a corner so i didnt experience alot of noise from others. The walls are thin so on a full night this might be an issue. The continental breakfast in the morning could use some pepping up with maybe some bacon, better choice of cereal, but otherwise it was fine for a free breakfast. Now you can save your breakfast money and have a nice dinner somewhere. Overall i thought it a reasonable place.

Basic Hotel
Was in town on business and could not book a Friday night at the resort where I was staying. Check in was easy and there were no issues with my room. It was a pretty basic room that faced out to the parking lot. There was a squeaky elevator, but I took the stairs. I used the pool and found the pool desk hard on the feet---bring your flip flops. Pool towels are gotten at the front desk and are small. They gave me two. The morning breakfast was your typical---bagels, toast, eggs and waffles. Not a whole lot of selection.

Convenient location, close to downtown!
Fast and great experience checking in at the hotel. The hotel also offers free breakfast every morning from 7a - 10a, so you don't have to worry about your most important meal of the day! Juice, coffee, waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage and yogurt! What else can you ask for in a free breakfast?!
