- These large suites have separate sleeping areas with multiple combinations of beds, accommodating a maximum of eight guests. Ideal for families or groups, the spacious two bedroom suites offer full kitchens and separate living areas as well as balconies. Bring your family and friends, stay a while.
- Junior Suite
- Our junior suite features a one room combination of two queen beds or one king bed plus a queen sofa sleeper with a microwave and mini-fridge. Rooms also have a 27-inch television, DVD player, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and Stern's and Foster perfect sleeper mattress.
- Deluxe Room
- Our deluxe rooms feature one king bed or two queen beds. All of our deluxe rooms feature 27-inch television, DVD player, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board and Stern's and Foster perfect sleeper mattress. Come get your best nights sleep in years.
- Studio Suite
- Our studio suite features a one room combination of one king bed or two queen beds plus a sofa sleeper. Back in the 60's
Great place for relaxing. The look of the place is 60's ish but the rooms have been renovated. Interior court with pool keeps noise from the busy street away. We had a little problem with our room and Oscar was a great help in solving it all. Would definitively go back.

My stay.at 7 springs
This hotel is a very nice hotel for adults that want to get away and relax. 2 Jacuzzi's 1 pool. Quiet area close to strip and night clubs. My wife and I have been here 3 times and love it. We had another couple come visit us and we went out to the clubs. Met some other couples came back to our room and enjoyed a fun filled night in the hot tub and sauna. The price is not to bad considering the fun we all had. The staff is awesome and go out of their way to make thier guests comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel .

Great location with friendly staff
This property was well appointed with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The maintenance of the property was impeccable and downtown was walkable. Would highly recommend this hotel during your visit to the Greater Palm Springs area.

7 Springs, great option!
We stayed at the 7 Springs over New Years Eve for a few days and really appreciated the size of the rooms. We had a full kitchen, a hot tub in our room and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on at a hotel. Staff was really helpful and friendly and the location was close and walking distance to nearly everything in the Palm Springs from restaurants to bars to the big sculpture of Marilyn. We look forward to staying there again!

Cozy and comfortable
One of the more comfortable beds we've slept in. Only drawback and very minor was small tub and shower curtains were not quite long enough.

Great getaway location
This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and the biggest flat screen I've ever seen in a hotel room. The staff was friendly while everything was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definetly come back only next time stay longer

Good experience
For the most part, it was a very good experience. The two things that were draw-backs for me were- lack of parking & restauran/deli on site,otherwise, everything was very good. Rooms very clean, Staff - very friendly & helpful,esp. Angel, who helped me w/a car issue. A very quiet & peaceful plae...Nice pool area & grounds...I'd go back.
