Late arrivals
I stayed at this location two separate times in 5 days, both we're very late check-ins. They were very good about leaving my room key out for me. I would say the room was good, but one morning I found a caterpillar or maggot crawling on the floor. Good breakfast, but no where to sit.

Days Inn Munras Monterey
Clean, basic accomodations. Easy drive to Old Fishermans Wharf and Cannery Row. Near Shopping Center. Pricey for this standard motel, but it is Monterey in August, so what can you expect? Used the room for sleping, no more (why come to Monterey to sleep in a motel?). Served its purpose just fine.

Walk to Recreational Path from Old Fishermans Wharf to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. Nice walk, bit of exercise, and you can park easily at the wahrf and don't have to deal with the traffic hassles on Cannery Row.

Not pleased!
[...] When we arrived they gave us a pass key to an occupied room, after that was corrected we checked into our room which was much older and different then that shown on the site. [...]Very disappointed in [...] this hotel.

Great Stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the property was really quiet. The best thing for us was being right accross the mall. My sister and I walked to the mall which is conveniently located from this hotel.

Monterey Days Inn
Older hotel, room smelled of spices. Fireplace off in a corner. Microwave and refrigerator provided. Bathroom recently upgraded, clean and in good condition.

Great Weekend
the location was good, but we enjoyed the fireplace and spa in the room the most. It added a nice touch to our weekend stay.

Overpriced & small
Room was small, overly priced. Beds were uncomfortable.Continental breakfast, not a big selection, no tables to sit down at.

Great Stay
I thought it was a great place. Nice rooms at a good size and the bathroom and shower were great. Close to the Warf and all the Monterey action. Great Hotel!

Very Disappointed...
Our hotel room had a funny smell (I think it was the cleaning chemicals they used), that was very strong. It also had a faulty heating system and the room was continuously hot (the people in the rooms next to us complained about the same things). The walls are extremely thin. When someone in the next room turns on their sink it sounded like a waterfall in our room. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling and wiindows. It also looked like the bathroom was being working on (tile and basebaords missing). This was the first and last time I will stay in this hotel.
