Decent Location
Pretty decent location for getting to the greater LA area. Not the best to Downtown but the area has good access to very good restaurants and the hotel's sound proof glass really works because you can't hear the planes landing or taking off. Not the best decorations but decent.

Did not spend a lot of time in the room, just for night sleep, if you are going to just need a night rest, I think you can go somewhere more cheaper.

Shouldn't be a 4 star or a Westin
This hotel was really poorly run. Our rooms weren't cleaned when we went into them, the staff couldn't find our reservation despite providing them confirmation numbers, and the rooms were run down and dated. The parking fee was conveniently mis-labeled lower than reality. Overall, a bad experience.

L.A. Newbie
Not up to past Westin experiences
The location is convenient to highway and airport, but room was too hot at night (thermostat only went down to 60 degrees) and cleanliness was so-so. Room was somewhat noisy from street sounds and doggie daycare (barking dogs). Concierge was not that helpful.

4 stars really???
this hotel lacks what it needs to be a 4stars. but to be honest I did not get to use all of the facilities like sports facilities but the room lacks to be a four star hotel. To add the bed and bedding were not the top notch and it looked old.

Relaxing Springboard to Adventure
We had the perfect night's sleep here before a long overseas flight. Coming through on our return two weeks later, these folks even let us check in early so we could crash into those luxurious beds for a much-needed mid-day nap. Never has a hotel felt like such a home-away-from-home! Thank you.

a nice one-night stay
We stayed for a night after flying in to lax late at night. the best part about our stay was the restaurant breakfast in the morning. But the workout center was good, not the biggest and hot tub/ pool area was well maintained.
