Not impressed
The front desk needs customer service training. Had problem checking in front desk and did not feel very welcome. Buffet breakfast is excellent. 3 Towers, easy to get lost and not real convenient for getting to one place to another. Nice gift shops.

Downtown LA Vacation
This was my second trip to Los Angeles and first time staying downtown. The Bonaventure was amazing, room was great food was a bit pricey but thats to be expected in a nice hotel. Was central to many LA attractions, easily within walking distance to areas like Chinatown, Staples Center, LA Live, ect...Would easily stay here again.

Everything was awsome. Great place to stay.
This is a great hotel. Great location. Easy to find with GPS. Everything was perfect. Valet parking was pretty pricey. Would return in a heart beat.

Great 1st Vacation
For My Very 1st vacation It was the best, Everything was ready when I got there. They Gave me a map to the closest resturants and a list of things I could Do. The Staff was AMAZING!!! I plan on Staying there again Soon!

good location
I have stayed at the Bonaventure several times this year. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. They are currently remodeling the lobby, which was started in January. It is a gret location and within walking distance of LA LIVE. (About one mile) I suggest a cab if you plan to go after dark

Leave hotel on Flower street headng downtown. several restaurants outside hotel that have good pricing. There are also restaurants in hotel on floors 3, 4, 5, 6. (gettng to these floors in the hotel can be confusing if it is is your first visit to the hotel)

It all about the Parking
The hotel is very nice and very clean. The Staff was very Friendly and accomodating. Our stay there was relaxing. We especially liked the Gym which was clean and had plenty of equipment. The one draw back that made this hotel from a prime location into a less than prime location was the parking. For 3 days of parking underground it cost us an additional $101.00 plus the numerous tips to valet parkers everytime we took our vehcile out. I never enjoy getting "Fee'd to death". Parking should always be included or discounted for hotel guests. I found this to be double dipping and a way to offer a good deal then claw back the money by gouging in the parking lot.

Ok Getaway...
The hotel was in a good location downtown. It was very close to the expressway, and with my GPS, it was easy to locate destinations from the area. The staff were very friendly, but the valet parking was expensive at $35 per night. There were no other options for parking at the hotel. Also, I would NOT recommend eating at Panda Express inside the hotel. The food was ATROCIOUS and the service was worse.

Macy's was close downtown, but there's not much in the downtown area. However, the citadel outlet was 15-20 minutes away. Melrose was about 15 mins away as well.
