The Westin Bonaventure Hotel
Good location and good service! Check in and check out ran smoothly. The concierges were very helpful and nice. Couple of blocks to the metro. There aren't many choices for a quick bite to eat.

Great Stay!
The Westin was exactly what we were looking for when my family and I traveled to LA. It was conveniently located downtown and easy to access. The double beds seem a little small, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay. The gym was great - clean and a good number of machines. Will definitely stay there again!

Good weekend hotel
Beautiful hotel. Nice room. Clean. Decent view. Wasn't the biggest room but it was comfortable. Could clearly hear the 'woo' girls next door at 3 a.m. Note to self, get a room without an adjoining door. Good location. A few blocks away from the Staples Center / L.A. Live / Nokia Theatre. Lots of good food within walking distance. A bit overpriced for what you get.

Always Christmas
Yes, comfort and clean but not enough service
Well, I would like to go here one more but with a hesitation. They asked me to chage the room type and I refused it. And they gave me the room that was in front of the super noisy vending machine. I objected it and they were unkind. Changed Room was cozy and had a great view. Breakfast was better than sheraton-they prepare meal for chinese and healthy egg white-omlettes.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, but, this is not the place to be for any reason other than a meeting or conference. This was chosen through Orbitz for a week while apartment shopping. Chose a package so I could pay a set amount. Parking was over $300 at check out...not expected since a rental car was part of the package. Valet staff was wonderful though. All food businesses in the hotel closed prior to 5pm (except Subway and not being Jared I am not a fan of eating every meal there). The entire area shut down in the early evening. Rare to see a car or pedestrian. Overall, hotel and staff were great, info about surroundings and extra fees need to be communicated much, much better. Would recommend for 1 night stay only.

Westin Bonavnture
Carpets stained, pond drained, outdoor furniture stacked and put away in summer, room service trays dinged and battered. Property in need of a facelift. It was a Westin in everyway but apperance. Looks like it wa a very nice property 10 years ago
