Great place but no pay per view! :-(
Great place with an awesome staff! They are a pet friendly establishment and their room service was de?delicious but NO PAY PER VIEW MOVIES!!! That alone cost it from being a 10+ to a solid 9 out of 10.

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel
Good location and good service! Check in and check out ran smoothly. The concierges were very helpful and nice. Couple of blocks to the metro. There aren't many choices for a quick bite to eat.

Great Stay!
The Westin was exactly what we were looking for when my family and I traveled to LA. It was conveniently located downtown and easy to access. The double beds seem a little small, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay. The gym was great - clean and a good number of machines. Will definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable with great views
A restful and quiet stay in a really nice room with an awesome view. Stay in the yellow tower for the best view, and shortest route to the pool.

American Girl Story/Pink
The Service from Hotel staff exceeded my expectations. Dow from room service was delightful. The food could have been better though. Free WiFi would have topped this visit off. It would not be my next choice when traveling to Los Angeles again. All in all it was pleasant.

Great location
Wifi was strong but Internet connection was unusable for both days. They very readily refunded the charge. Staff were very pleasant every time I interacted with any of them.
