So so hotel
I had one major problem with the hotel: The heat didn't work (and it was pretty cold). Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay.

That's what you'll get for less than $100 in LA, I guess...
Made reservation for this hotel because it was only $75 before taxes for "*** hotel", still hard for me to imagine what would be ** ...

Helladise Inn & Suites
Ok, let me start from the beginning. I arrive 15 minutes late to my 1pm reservation. So why then did I have to wait 30 minutes for them to clean my room? And by clean I mean, wipe things down/off, and run the vac twice down the middle of the room. then I was able to walk in. Closing the front door to the room, was a task. Closing the bathroom door, was a mission. Since I'm on the hellish mission impossible bathroom...the room was so small I had to leave it to change my mind. The deathtrap of a shower had at best warm water. I had to leave it run for 30 minutes for hot. But once it was hot, it was hot! The window in the bathroom looked like one of those movie windows that a criminal staying over night would try to escape from. Which would have been easy since there was no screen on it. The bed was a king, but the headboard was a cal-king. which means it wasn't even attached to the bed! The sheets had burn stains on them, and there was no fitted bottom sheet. The Direct tv, had issues all night!. Every channel I tried to watch had static. The nicest touch to the room was the loveseat. And since the headboard wasn't attached you know the loveseat got over worked! Sadly, with all of that in the room, you barely had room for a table. Or at least THEY did. Not to mention that the fridge didn't work, and ice (which in most places is free) was 50 cents. And where was I gonna put on this soon to be water?!! Overall - if it weren't for the company, I would've packed up, cussed the guy in the front for having the nerve to call this place paradise anything, and left. Had I known there was a Rodeway Inn 5 minutes away, I would have gone there. Please don't make my mistake!

Definitely not paradise!!!!!
We were in LA visiting a family member at the UCLA Ronald Regan Hospital. We stayed in two rooms due to the amount of family traveling. We consisited of 8 adults and 2 children. Granted the rooms were big and roomy, but the floors were sticky and dirty, the restroom was dirty, the walls were patched and peeling, and the parking was very small. We had to move our SUV at midnight so the motel manager could park their vehicle and our car barely fit in its parking space. There was noise all night long and we were awaken to a couple fighting and one threatening to kill the other at 6 am!!! Please consider spending a few more dollars and stay at a better place, I wish we would have. This place was definitely not paradise!

Ummmm..
Just stayed there for a night because I worked late and this was close my company. Had late check-in, the lady was nice, went out for a bit, being Friday, and came back at crashed. Woken up at 11 a.m. by some man from management opening my door with a master key (not card key, the old fashioned kind) kindly telling me that check-out time was at 11 (thought it was noon). Interesting pirated pornography on channel 27: a webcam filming a subscribed-to online service playing in loops on a monitor, then cast to all the rooms. Would have been better, though, if the TV's were not foggy and the cable signal blurred. Glad I didn't have the kids. And the maid was flat out rude and pushy. I tipped her anyway.

cheap and inexpensive
no one pick up the phone. we have to go to office for everything. Lamps were not enough and it was too dark in the room. No trash bin in the room. We have to make plastic bags for trash and leave that in a corner.
