Scary Place
Drove by this place three times before I realized it really was the hotel. Narrow driveway in front with many cars already there made it difficult to drive in. Realized that in addition to being a hotel, this place also rented cars and was also considered a hostel (couldn't tell how those accommodations were different other than when I went out the back door of the hotel later, there were lockers available "for rent.") Inside the lobby, I realized that the set-up was more like a motel than a hotel. Hard to describe but the lobby did not have a interior wall- opened up into a the pool, small bar area and snack machines, tables, etc. Doors to rooms were actually in middle of this building via stairs near pool/bar area where there was only a partial roof. Room was extremely dated- had two double beds separated by a partial wall.Did appear to be painted recently- bright white & bathroom probably was updated not too long ago, One of televisions, didn't work, there was area to hang clothes but no hangers. Small refrigerator did not work, no microwave, Parking was behind building behind locked gate operated by room key. Much too narrow and crowded- almost didn't get car out in morning because of how close cars were parked. Definitely wouldn't return-felt very odd-almost scary. On the plus side, check-in staff was pleasant and received coupons for tow free glasses of champagne (which I didn't use because once I was safely in my room, didn't want to venture out again)

Freaking Interesting Place!
What an interesting place. I didn't think that this sort of place existed. What a great value and location for a good price. The place is a little shady, but is honest. You will be questioning the place, but the bar out by the pool is great. I had a great time and met some great people. I will go back there again. What an interesting place! HA!

Short drive from hotel
Central to everything, close to the airport. Great for just a few days. Do not do the breakfast omelettes.

Nice backpackers' hotel
The hotel is nearby the hotel and that should be and advantage; but de hour-or-more trip to any other places makes you doubt about its location. The services are good, and the people there makes no trouble at all, letting you enjoy in your own terms

The Perfect Getaway
When you 1st walk into this hotel it reaks straight So-Cal because its like a giant party; there's always something goin on and you'll meet some interesting people. Beds start at like $14.99 and max out at like $200 for the private cottage. Most of the time though you can book the suites for $45 a night...which seems too good to be true but they are legit.

Money-saving tip:
In Hotel
If you are on the bottom floor and plan on leaving for a while or drinking...DO NOT leave ANYTHING you'd care might not be there when you return. The windows and doors are so poorly designed a 2 year old could get in.

I like the youthful environment.
As long as you have a car to get around and want a youthful, hostel environment then you will be happy. I always stay here because of the heated pool and nice people.
