Very Convenient location
The hotel was great and no complaints. It was clean, staff was nice and everyone was very accommodating. The location was perfect as it is right there by the Staples Center and there are a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. The hotel set up the tour for us so that was nice also. The Grammy Museum was right around the corner and was also very nice. The only reason I did not rate everything as a 5 is because it was not a top notch hotel like the Ritz Carlton, etc., but it was very nice and comfortable for the JW Marriott.

The hotel was great. It was close to everything I went there for and more. My only issue was the expense, but everything in LA is expensive.

Getaway not gotten
Great for couples
Nice rooms and pool area, expensive food, spa service is nice wish they described what the services were. We got a head to toe which we thought was a full body massage ended up being a scalp n foot treatment disappointment. LAX pick up would have been nice or shuttles to the metro but they have taxis on site. No free Internet this was annoying they wanna charge for everything.It's more like a three 1/2 overall

Worth the price
Came upon this hotel after a last minute hotel switch (The place we stayed at the night before was absolutely disgusting). The staff was friendly, the room was really nice, and for $219 a night I thought it was well worth my money.

JW Marriot July 4th, 2012 stay
I had a great time at the JW! I intend to go back soon. For some reason the hotel did not recognize that I purchased the Spa Package; so they gave me the LA Live Package instead. Can you tell me what I need to do to get the Spa Package next time? Thank you.

What's expected from a JW
From check in to check out the property and service was outstanding. Great location if you are attending a game at Staples. LA Live is also great.

Perfect Weekend
Had a perfect weekend at the JW. Everybody at the hotel was extremely friendly, and service was also perfect. Used crown limos for driving, they have to be the best in LA. Only thing I wish they had, complimentary wifi.

Short getaway from New York
Our stay at the JW Marriott was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked the open lounge areas for grouping and conversation--the pool area was also enticing. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
