Good Century City Location - Expensive extras
Pros: Easy walking distance to Century City towers and Westfield mall & restaurants. Excellent staff help and clean comfortable room & bed. Fair number of foreign language channels on TV (Arabic & Japanese) Cons: Expensive breakfast ($25-30) if not included (mine was) Expensive internet (~$13/day and can be slow at times) if not included. TV had no standard HBO/Showtime/etc and digital signal was erratic on some channels.

Ordinary and Overpriced
I booked at the last minute because the Century Plaza just up the street was sold out. My room had all the charm of a Holiday Inn at two to three times the price.

Not bad - but just average compared to other Intercontinentals
Intercontinental is my preferred hotel when traveling for business. Compared to all others I've been at, this hotel was just... eh. The restaurant was flat out bad. I at three meals there and each was overcooked. i couldn't even cut my appetizer with a knife.... It is a clean, nice hotel, it had nothing that made it special.
