Hollywood Palms Inn and Suites offers all new rooms. It is conveniently located near Universal Studios and is also within walking distance to numerous attractions. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that rates are based on double occupancy. There is an extra person fee of USD 20.00 per person per night.There is a fee of USD 10.00 for rollaway bed.

Nice location but needs some updating

I got in very late and had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. Walls are paper thin I could hear everything going on outside - thank goodness for ear plugs. (Don't forget them when you stay here). The room was adequate.

Make sure you know where you want to go and arrange a rental car or a good shuttle service. Lots of things close by.

Unsafe, nails and staples sticking out of bed frame

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. We had to have our rooms switched after not having WIFI in the first one. The second room barely had WIFI, the signal strength was poor, but it worked very slowly. The second room had a broken bed frame that was attempted to be fixed by the hotel staff. The boards had a huge gap in it with staples and nails sticking out. My boyfriend scraped his leg on one of those nails! If it hadn't happened to him, I'm sure it would've punctured my skin because my leg fit in between the wooden gap and could have gotten stuck there. The hotel staff obviously already knew about this, which is downright wrong to allow potential injuries, especially to children! The hotel manager did not care about any of our problems. He also tried to steal our deposit, even though we paid with my credit card. There are many other problems with this hotel. Be aware of bed bugs and roaches! My advice is to not stay at this hotel! You will be sorry to go against this advice! I know because I already did that.

nice to stay for couple night

the bed is clean good to sleep. but no extra pillows and no nabkin .

Good enough, but needs better wifi

Perfectly adequate, except the wifi which makes it not a good pick if you are doing business. The people hanging around the room entrances and cars isn't comforting either. No breakfast but at least it's not far to places you can get good.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

Walk to the walk of fame instead of driving. Roads get closed all the time and traffic can be a nightmare. Just be warned that the walk doesn't feel as safe as you'd like.
