Convenient location near LAX and car rental return. No complimentary coffee during the day, breakfast bar had no fruits - little thing make a huge difference!

3 night stay
me, my wife and mother-in-law stayed for three days while on a quick visit with a family member. the location was wonderful for us. it was close to the hotel, the area wasn't bad, there were restaurants all around even a 7/11 right next door which made it easy to get stuff. staff was nice, although the beds were not that comfortable and the rooms and hallways just had a murky feeling. however, it was an affordable and complaint-free stay. they have free parking and free wifi. all in all the value and package was wonderful.

This hotel and location were perfect for our gathering of some family and the places we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was adequate and varied enough. The staff was helpful and gracious.

Met all my needs
Perfect stay! Was a little surprised by the location but there was a guard on duty over night that gave me peace of mind. Would I stay again, Yes!

Only two minor things
Hotel is great. This was my third stay there and the location was totally suitable for my needs. Only two suggestions to make it better: 1. Improve the elevator service. There are only two and both are far too slow. At times I, and other guests, were concerned about being stuck inside due to it being so slow to open its doors. 2. Improve sustainability. Do not need towel and toiletry changes every single day. When I declined maid service (by leaving the "do not disturb" sign on my door), the housekeepers proceeded to call me every single day, often waking me up. That was an unnecessary annoyance.

Adequate
Friendly, helpful staff. All of the usual amenities needed (on time shuttle, computer with printer.) Tasty breakfast with many choices. But, it felt like an old motel that was painted, re-carpeted with some bathroom renovation. I have stayed in nicer facilities at about the same price in that area. So it was adequate, not fancy.
