We spent 3 nights in a downtown hotel that, while nice, was slightly cramped and overlooked a very noisy street. We chose your hotel for our last night because it was conveniently close to the airport, but were delighted with the spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and best of all, overlooked a quiet back road! Very restful! Handy shuttles and Internet access were bonuses. We would definitely stay again.

All about this great hotel
from the first step you are in ,you will see staff running to help and carry your luggage .the room is big,clean ,very will organized ,the quality of linen is excellent ,the quality of the shampoo,body Laotian and the soap is excellent .using the shower is like doing massage for your body.every things was great I do enjoyed being their I recommended this hotel to all traveler .

LAX HOTEL
The hotel is located in an excellent spot and close to the airport....staff is extra nice and the room was totally comfortable! Great value. I visited the bar and had something to eat and a glass of wine....nice friendly group of folks and reasonable prices. All in all , great! Did not visit the restaurant, BUT, there was a coffee bar open and 5 AM...nice!

Hotel Stay
The bed was very comfortable. Room service was ok, but didn't have rib eye on hand. Parking was to expensive and elevators are really slow.

I have had more pleasant stays at this property before. The airconditioning unit was loud and not working very well. Room I stayed in this time seemed extremely crowded and small.

Great hideaway
Four Points by Sheraton LAX was a nice vacation away from everyday life. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picks you up right in front of the airport every 15 minutes. This could save you on car rental depending on arrival time. Car rental is across the street. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was delicious. Lounge has nice atmosphere. Also, you can take shuttle to area mall. Burger King is across the street. The staff is very friendly. I left an item at the hotel and they mailed it to me right away.
