ok for one night
I always stay at the crowne plaza hotel in lax rooms are beautiful and clean but it's getting to expensive I just wanted a hotel close to the airport but don't wanted to pay crowne price this time.

hotel was ok nothing special
I called orbitz to verify that if the hotel would need a cash deposit upon arrival. Orbitz said no because i had prepaid for the room. Well I had lost my wallet during my trip and the hotel would not let me check into my room without a $50 dollar deposit.I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to speak to me. They were inconsiderate. So I had to borrow the cash from a friend. In addition they charge $14.00 per night for parking which orbitz did not state. The bar/tap house is not what they make it out to be. It's small and just as ordinary as a local bar. The rooms were small and there were food trays left in the hall ways for a full 24 hrs that had bugs crawling on the left over food. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH ORBITZ ANYMORE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

They don't say to pay 14dls per parking
This hotel is good however we were not expecting to pay 14 dollars a day for parking there isn't very much around this area but car rental agencies and other hotels. the gift shop was never opened for an antiacid. I got up very early to use the computer to look for things to do around but was constantly reminded that there was other person waiting after five minutes of use. Next time I will consider another hotel. It would help if they had a continental breakfast or something being that restaurants are not close for a light breakfast.

A step down from the real Sheraton
After staying at the nearby Sheraton Gateway this was quiet a step back in quality. After reading that it is associated with Sheraton I was expecting the same level off service but it clearly wasn't. The staff at the front desk in in the restaurants was great but the people at the guest service desk were terrible. The rooms itself have some wallpaper which is coming of the room and the noise from outside can be heard pretty loudly. All in all an okay hotel to stay at for one night near a major airport but that is about it.

good for the money
Hotel is nice and ok for the price. Staff is rude and not much co-operative. If you have a car, consider staying at other place. Parking charge is $14 per day and even if you pay this there is no guarantee that you will get one if you go out and come late in night. I had to park my car in entry way and hand over keys to the security even after paying for the parking. There is no refrigerator and microwave in the room. Free bottled water is bad marketing. They just give one bottle per day. But overall I was happy for the price I paid since I stayed only in the nights for few hours

Worst hotel ever!
Parking was 15 dollars per night! The room looks nothing like the picture they just try to make it look nice but it's ugly... While we were there the a/c in the room broke, the light didn't work, and They have the oldest tv's ever! Oh and they charge for the channels too! Room service is ridiculously expensive.. Before staying at that hotel we stayed at the hyatt and we loved that one, we payed less and it was beautiful. Free parking and free breakfast! Never going back to four points ever again!

Worst Hotel ever!!!
THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! The manager was rude, the fact that you have to pay $24 per night parking fee outside of the package was insane!!

One great night at the airport
Only one night but everything was good. Doors are quite loud during the night when people keep coming and going but it is ok and the rooms are furnished newly and nice. Very close to airport and rental cars but also close to nice restaurants and beaches. Unfortunantely no hot tub.

Needs a good scrub down...
Though we were placed in a corner room, every noise in the hallways, also those above and below were well audible. I'm not at all sensitive to noise, but I woke up every now and then because of hallway runners. In the morning, I was hesitant to shower without my sandels on because the tub was stained with a buildup of mildew. Will not come back.
