We love the Four Points at LAX

We have stayed at the Four Points @LAX several times now and are always happy with our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely and the lounge is nice but a little pricey. Have not eaten in the resturant yet but it looks and smells nice. The trolley tour sounds fun and we will probably take it at some point. The main reason we stay here is that it is very close to LAX and they have a free shuttle that runs every few minutes around the clock.

Great for the location

The hotel was nice for an airport property. The staff was nice. Nice size room. The room was very clean and well maintained.

The restaurant is a little expensive, but there are a couple of fast food places a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Run Down and Dirty

This hotel was very disappointing. It started when we were checking in and there were other guests complaining at the desk about cockroaches in their room. Because we had arrived so late and we were only there for one night we had no choice but to stay. We didn't see any bugs in our rooms, but the hotel was very run down. [...] You also had to walk through these weird doors to get to your room, we thought we were going to end up in the stairwell.

service of a motel charge of a hotel

NO frig. $16 per day parking. double beds given instead of queens. No free breakfast. Heater was not working. just had cold air. This hotel Sucked!

Wonderful

This hotel was very convienent to the airport, once inside we were able to get our rental car. The staff were very friendly and the location was close to alot of attractions. I would definitely stay here again,

location

This was the second time i stayed in the hotel. Employees are ok not very frindley. The shower if afull the worest shower i have ever seen. The phone was out there were no trash can in the room or bath room, since the phones were not wroking i had to find house keeping. Its realy find to comunicate with them no english they send me to speak to supervisor . supervisor looks at you and says she cant do anything. I mean waist of time and money to stay in this hotel.

Better than expected

The hotel is great value for money. The lobby is crowded and very busy but that is because it is close to the airport and people and checking in and out constantly. once you check in, the rooms are great for the price. It is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Digusting Hotel!

The hotel was dinging and low quality.. starting with the carpeting in the hallways that is all stained. It is a mass, low end airport overflow hotel with no redeeming qualities. Don't walk, RUN away from this hotel
