i would not recommend this hotel. It's worth the money to spend a little more for a cleaner and more comfortable place.

Book in advance and get thee early to enjoy the scenery. And the weather was beautiful it was in the 70s the whol time there

Overall the hotel was just 'okay', somewhat out of date and a bit worn. I don't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had a tube-television. The pillows were lumpy and the toilet ran.All of that aside, it was quite, the bed was comfortable and the room appeared to be clean. [...] Apparently requesting a non-smoking room is an considered a 'special request' and is not guaranteed. There were no non-smoking rooms available. [...]What if I had a health condition that would be complicated by being in a smoking room?The bottom line is that I stayed, the hotel was good enough [...]

Needed a place to stay for one night in West LA, photos online for this hotel made it seem like a nice place. Major set backs; the first room we were given had not been cleaned. The smell in the second room was bad, opened windows used the fan and even an air freshener and nothing worked. Place did not seem too clean overall.

Could have done better
I was not at all satified with the level of customer service at this hotel. It was bother- some enough that the front door manager was short and unfriendly from the time I called to ask for directions to the time I arrived. Upon arrival having to meet this non-professional service men who rushed my family and I when I was trying to gain clarity about adding an additonal party was quite irratating.I mean the price was right but the hotel sucked Big Time

The strip mall was really nice to have near bye it made the stay that much bareable.
