Overnight layover
The shuttle didn't show up, but the hotel took care of the taxi expense and comp'd us some drinks for our inconvience. Wonderful boutique hotel. Would definitely stay again for vacation.

Too Tan Traveler
Modern & Hip Hotel A+++
Hotel is very close to the airport, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were very clean. Only 2 downsides were the miniature size ironing boards, I wouldve preferred a full-size, and the valet rate of $22 is the only parking option. Aside to those two downers this hotel is GREAT! I would definitely stay here again. Its within minutes of Loyola University, plenty of coffee shops, Bank Of America, and FroYo shop next door, and Santa Monica and Venice within Minutes down the street!

Just a regular guy
My LA at the Custom
This is my second time at the Custom and I will stay again when in LA. It is near my kid's university so I chose it for location, but I love it for its comfortable beds, great staff and fun atmosphere. There is a decent morning breakfast, good club for Saturday night and a small but nice pool side area. Mostly though, the staff are so very very nice.

perfect location to relax
the hotel offers a very simple and satisfying service. it's a perfect location for trips because the location is great and it's near the airport. the parking, however is the only thing missing.

great hotel, iffy location
The hotel was really great, bit awkward because two of the lifts were out of order on the first day but that was quickly fixed. Valet parking was really expensive but there is awesome street parking available. Right next door to a grocery store which was nice and walking distance to some coffee and good restaurants but you have to have a car to get anywhere else. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was amazing and they really worked with us because our flight schedule was a bit odd. Early check in, held our luggage for hours, and allowed us to use the shuttle even after we'd checked out. Crazy style, like random sheep in the lobby, but an awesome really nice hotel.

One of the Better hotels to stay in!
The hotel was deffinately well organized, neat and clean. I was a little bummed that there was no places for me to park, therefor forcing me to Vallet it with the Hotel. I stayed there because I was going to a car show the next morning, and when I got my car back from the Vallet, my front bumper had been hit; so that was pretty unpleasent. But the rooms were cool, trendy, comfortable bed. Shower was a little weak, but my friends room had a strong shower, so i guess it's just hit or miss with this place. I for the most part am Satisfied with my stay; with the exception of the Vallet ruining my front bumper right before the car show i was suppose to attend.

This is something different, pretty nice
As I stated previously, the hotel is something different. The rooms take on a "European" type of design. The room was simple but very comfortable, as was the overall hotel itself. The hotel is located in a very convenient area for dining and other retail needs, not to mention one can actually "see" LAX, but not hear it.
