Responsive Staff
The room I was assigned in the first place was almost directly below the newly renovated gym. I was disturbed by the footstep on treadmill and thought someone was having a party next door. As soon as I called the front desk, the manager investigated the situation himself right away and moved me to a different room within 20 minutes of the complain. He was apologetic and mentioned about being embarrassed. It showed that he really cared about his guests' comfort, which I appreciated. While the first room they gave me wasn't ideal, the promptness in their action to ensure my comfort as a guest was commendable. I will stay again with them because of that.

Clean and convenient
Staff efficient, location good for me and place was clean. However I Feel WiFi should be included in the price of the room as it is in most other hotels.

LA fabulous
great location for busy LA itenerary
This is a great hotel for the price, and if you only plan to sleep in your room during your stay in LA. The staff and service are great, room is clean and comfy, ready for a good night's rest after a busy day out and about.

OK hotel near airport
The hotel was fine, but the parking structure was very confusing with misleading signs, and an in-out procedure that the hotel staff did a very poor job of explaining. They also have the odd policy keying into your room to look around if you the do not disturb sign hanging and you don't call to follow up by 7 p.m.--very uncomfortable and intrusive.

Crowne Plaza LAX
Bit noisy from aircraft landing and take off from very early morning Reception guy on checkin not friendly but staff in LA jazz bar very good. No safe in room only thing missing from room.

Crowne by LAX
Let's face it, all hotels by airports are never great. This place was a good deal and the room was very nice. If they offered a combination long-term parking and room, it'd be fantastic. I'd give it an 8 for an airport hotel.
