needs some work
We stayed there because the Toyota grand prix was in town after being in the sun all day all I wanted to do was take a showe the water kept changing temperture . When I got in the bed the mattress felt like could fold it in half and the street noise was so loud I was unable to sleep the staff was really nice and breakfast was better them some hotels I've been to

Convenient to Airport, Great Staff
We stayed here the night before our early flight out of Long Beach in order to avoid the morning traffic on the freeway. The room was fairly comfortable, but we noted mold around the bathtub and the furnishings could have been cleaner. The staff was pleasant and unusually helpful, however, and this went a long way toward making our experience more positive. All in all, a good value.

No elevators
I booked by phone and requested a place close to the airport with shuttle and free breakfast. Next time I will add elevators to my list, which I assumed they had this time. The rest was forgettable,

good for the price
I came for a conference hold at the convention center. I lived in this hotel and parked next to the conference site everyday at $10/day. The experience was quite good because I saved quite some money compared to living in a closer hotel such as Hyatt. Overall the hotel is good for the price.

Rooms need work
The carpet had stains, the tile in the bathtub was chipped and some of the baseboard was missing. Room was in need of major upgrades. Free breakfast was also lacking only decent item was waffle maker. Location was close to nightclub we visited. Because of that reason we might could stay again.

quality inn okay
I stayed here only one night, before a morning flight. The room was clean but looked a little dowdy -- stained carpet, dingy-looking furniture. But the guy at the front desk ([...]) was very helpful and courteous and that made all the difference.
