Quality Inn Near Long Beach Airport

I had to find a hotel on short notice and needed to stay on a budget. I must admit I was a little concerned because of the outside hallways but no problems. Very quiet - never heard any noise even though there were occupants on both sides. One drawback however is no elevator - not huge for me but could be for someone else.

Staff can't do what they tell you. Asked for change in reservation and extended stay. Inexperienced staff needed to have a manager operate the booking system. Asked to call me if reservation could not be changed. Never heard back. Was charged as no show for 1st night and stay not extended. Subsequent call promised manager would call next morning and 1st night would be refunded. Never happened. Avoid this hotel.

This is an OK place to stay if you just need a place to crash for the evening. Pluses are it's close proximity to Long Beach airport (which is what we needed), it's easy to find and they offer a "sort-of" breakfast (cold cereal, waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, microwave otameal, bagels, muffins, juice and milk) for no additional charge. The rooms felt barely clean. The carpet is dingy and the bathroom was wiped-down clean, but not sparkling clean. Overall, it will do if you just need a pit stop.

Great hotel, I have requested room 116 from the day of my reservation. I was not granted my request cause I was told it was occupied. But It was not at the time of my arrival. The only reason I requested that room because the bed was comfortable at my first stay. So, I knew it has a good bed in it. Room 115 could use a good mattress. It hurt my back and I was sleeping the opposit direction of the bed. V/R Faamaise

Easy check-in, clean, comfortable room and close to the airport. Would book this motel again.

We stayed there because the Toyota grand prix was in town after being in the sun all day all I wanted to do was take a showe the water kept changing temperture . When I got in the bed the mattress felt like could fold it in half and the street noise was so loud I was unable to sleep the staff was really nice and breakfast was better them some hotels I've been to

We stayed here the night before our early flight out of Long Beach in order to avoid the morning traffic on the freeway. The room was fairly comfortable, but we noted mold around the bathtub and the furnishings could have been cleaner. The staff was pleasant and unusually helpful, however, and this went a long way toward making our experience more positive. All in all, a good value.

Clean, close to the airport, all we needed. Don't have a long wishlist, as long as it is clean, we are happy!

I booked by phone and requested a place close to the airport with shuttle and free breakfast. Next time I will add elevators to my list, which I assumed they had this time. The rest was forgettable,

the staff are very nice.rooms are cheaper. thats it.
