Long Beach Convention Center Travelodge

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, even the halls and the balcony were spotless. Location was easy walking distance to the Convention Center, several restaurants very close, and next door to grocery store and coffee shop. I will stay there again on my next trip to Long Beach

Not great. Dirty hallways, funny smell in elevator. Room was clean and bathroom was clean, but overall just not 'fresh'.

We were headed on a cruise early the next morning and didn't want to spend a lot on a hotel in Long Beach. Pros: price, free parking, location Cons: The hotel itself and our room were not very clean, bed was uncomfortable, the ice machine near our room was loud and ran all night

I was attending a conference at the convention center and this hotel was much cheaper than the hotels recommended by the organizers and only a 15 minute walk from the center. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, which was great because there was no breakfast. The only problem I had was with the wifi that did not work properly during my 6 night stay. I was advised to call their computer service and the guy there told that the problem is with my computer and the wifi card which I did not believe since the wifi seemed to work somehow early in the morning when no one else was using it. So if you don't need wifi at the hotel, this is a good choice.

First off, they did not show our reservation and we had to call who we booked through, who in turn advised us that the motel did confirm when we booked it. So how did it got unbooked? We will never know. It all turned out okay and we found that it was not far from our convention and many restaurants. It is only a ten minute walk to the beach and 15 to the Pacific Aquarium. The room was clean enough although we did see a cockroach in the bathroom. We did have a balcony so that helped. It was a steal of a deal and we got what we paid for.

Lowest price among accommodations within walking distance of Long Beach Convention Center. Have refrigerator (plus) but no microwave. Few covering parking spots available.

we found mold in the bathroom and dirt and stains in the room. We contacted the cleaning crew, twice and mold and dirt remained. We notified front desk and checked out 2 days early.

Clean, pleasant motel, once we got past the first room I was given, which was already occupied! And the bathtub stopper could have worked, that would have been nice. But seriously, a very good value for the money, and with the LB Passport shuttle bus (Red one), has easy access to the Convention Center. The little Mexican Grill, Galeana's, on the property has good, reasonably priced food.

For a motel in this class, it is excellent. Free parking in Long Beach is a good deal. The motel is well located with only a couple of blocks to a great beach, four blocks to ocean front shopping and the convention center. The staff is friendly and responsive. The facilities are clean and the rooms are of adequate size. Walk around the block and there are four or five local cafes and coffee shops. In all a great place to stay at a great price.
