Extended Stay America - Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

This by far is the worst Extended stay I have had the displeasure of being at, and I have stayed at a fair few. First room has Pub hair in the bath room, Staff was very helpful and apologetic, changed room to another. Second room had ants in it. Needless to say I will not be staying at this Extended stay again, but in general to me Extended Stay has been diminished. I am not sure if I will ever stay at another extended stay.

Close to LGB airport. Average room. Not much amenities. Does not have shuttle to the airport. Good value.

The room was missing the remote and when we got one from the front desk, the remote stopped working in the middle of the night. Therr was no coffee to make coffee in the morning. Just sugar packets. The bath tub was backed up. If those simple things were fixed I would love this hotel. Great for the price.

Needed a place to stay visited family in the area and went to Disneyland. Loved how the place had a kitchen with appliances. Location was great, close to freeway, and stores were close by. Front desk staff was very helpfull and great customer service, but only staff I met. Had to change out our towels at front desk. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Charge to clean and replace sheets for room if staying less than 7 days. Overall I would stay there again but would request to change rooms if it smelled like cigarette.

The registration process was easy and staff very friendly, especially [...]. The room was in pretty good shape, seemingly clean for the two nights I was there. I was there on business and in the evening I went to the LB Symphony, a great concert, so I was in good spirits anyway. The internet was available (although slow speed) for only $4.99 up front for the remainder of my stay. It was not too close to shops or restaurants--in other words, mostly industrial on westside, but cafe to the east. Pretty much spent about $80 on cab fare.Bad thing? Bed! Squeaky, hard and uncomfortable. But, was kinda buzzed, so dealt with it.

This hotel was completely average bordering poor. The lobby was nice and inviting but as soon as we got into the elevator it went a little downhill. It had obviously seen better days. Our entire floor was muggy and reeked of smoke. There was garbage on the hallway floor, which stayed for over 24 hours (dirty, dirty towels. I think they were used to clean up animal waste and left there). Animals were prevalent (noises, smells). The room was surprisingly clean though, and had a nice little kitchen. This hotels obviously scrimps pennies as evident in the lack of housekeeping (weekly), shampoo/conditioner, thin mattress, etc. For the price this is what I would expect and the friendly staff really saved the trip for me. I wouldn't ever return BUT the trip wasn't horrible.

Kind staffs and clean room. Everything's good. If you have a car and travel with friends, it would be good choice.

There was so much noise from one side and overhead in the room until 2:30AM. The front desk said they had no other rooms. They said they would speak to the people in the rooms. Yeah, we've all been through that one. Every two minutes, the elevator made noise that kept me awake. Hotel stays shouldn't be like this. I stayed in two other (Super 8) Hotels on this trip that cost less, I got a fantastic nights sleep, at both AND a free breakfast. I wouldn't stay at an Extended Stay hotel again if they paid me to stay. Super 8 is where I'll be staying.

I was in the area for a job interview. I stayed one night. The location was okay. Everything about the hotel was outdated. I stayed in the hotel because the beach was horrible. Overall it was cheaper than other places that offered a kitchette. The staff was top notch. Some updated furniture and appliances would make it a better place to stay.
