Days Inn Long Beach City Center

The staff was extremely courteous. I work in customer service so that's something I look for when I go places. The rooms were very basic, nothing spectacular. Everything was clean.

The hotel was dirty and it had cockroaches I called front desk they did not do nothing about it will not recommend

First the staff is unfiendy. I ask for a nonsmokeing. They put me in a smokeing room, It smells urine, Beer and cigarettes. I get another room Urine aground the toilet, Shower and tub Need to be fixs The next day I find BIg BEDBUGS. And my legs was bloody.

You guys need to know have better clining the rooms and carpet need to be change smls old tkz !!

Needed a night to stay. It wasn't located in the best area of long beach. But it wasn't bad. Good price. Don't have any complains

The location was good, just minutes from the pike but the room was small and could use some updates.

This was the last stay of our trip before we flew out and the price was the only reason we chose this place. It had the bare bones and offered breakfast but chose to eat our leftover dinner instead because cereal and toast were the only breakfast options. It was an okay place for the 69.00 but that is the only reason I would stay there again. Hotel's are just too much money nowadays.

The property was FILTHY, cigarette Butts all over the grounds as well as the stairways, Very Shabby Rooms and a less than helpful staff. No decent restaurants close, property is in a terrible neighborhood. A total loss!

My experience at this hotel was anything but pleasant. In requesting a non-smoking room, my boyfriend and I were given a room that wreaked of smoke. Unable to change, we decided we could tolerate it for the night. However, when we slid down the comforter, we found a red mark, which appeared to be either lipstick or blood on the sheet. We went to the front desk and were given new sheets so we could put on our bed and upon tearing the old sheets off, we found a huge red stain on the mattress, dripping down the sides, looking like blood. Deciding that we were NOT comfortable staying at the hotel, we began packing up our things. In a more thorough examination of the room we found mold growing in the mini fridge and around the bathroom mirrors, dirt behind the toilet, and dust creeping behind almost every crevasse in the room. We brought these issues to the attention of the Days Inn staff, and they remained uninterested. The price of the hotel was outrageous, considering the inadequacies of the staff and rooms. This is one hotel we will NEVER stay in again.
