Sister's weekend at the beach

Great Location! The sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn't open. It took about an hour before the door was repaired.

Beach Seekers

It was one night but located right on the beach to allow us to get some beach time without eating time on travel from the hotel. It was a charming and very clean place.

Nice beachfront property

The hotel was very nice and quaint. More of a boutique style hotel. The accomodations were a bit small but overall it is a nice property right next to the beach. Staff were great. I would stay here again.

great ocean front

I booked oceanfront reef room and checked in pretty early around 4pm. I am not sure why but frontdesk gave me smallest room. The rooms near the corner are smaller than others. I did not like it and requested to switch. Other than that, view was great, restaurants were close by, enjoyed staying here

Get the Upgraded Room

We originally booked a cheaper room. The room was terrible! So bad that if an upgrade wouldn't have been available we would have found somewhere else to stay. We ended up staying in an Ocean front room which was incredible, and double the price, but worth it. Great bed, great view, great decor. Honestly the two rooms felt like completely different hotels. The Village view rooms were like a cheap motel 6 that had been painted modern colors, modern decor added, but the carpet, mattresses, and bathrooms hadn't been updated since 1960. It was gross and smelled like urine. They should honestly shut that side of the hotel down, because it doesn't represent who they are at all. I say all of that to say that our stay was pleasant! Just know that you get what you pay for! Spring for more money and get the ocean view!!! You wont regret it!

Great Location

Positives: Great location on the beach. Modern Room Renovation. Cons: You have to pay for parking which is not cheap at $25 per night. The overall hotel needs renovations. Staff was good in some ways and bad in others. 1. They didn't tell me I had to pay for parking when I checked in (so they actually waived the costs which was good). 2. I asked them to order me a cab at a certain time to head to a wedding and they forgot. So I had to use uber so I wasn't late. Driftwood Kitchen next door is also very good food/value.
