Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa

The hotel staff was first-rate and was as hospitable as you could ask for. They went above and beyond what one might expect. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to lay my head for a week.

customer service was excellent, room accomodations was very comfortable and spacious, view was nice, and the hotel was extremely clean and the landscaping was nice.

Close to the beach, excellent staff and close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Lax.

Amazing hotel. Great staff and service. Wonderful food. Everything you need all in one place. Best place to stay in Huntingon Beach if you can afford it as it is not he cheapest!

From the parking valet personnel, to the door man, to the checkin, bell service, whirpool spa service to the room and comfort of the bed, all was a great experieince. The California restaurant was excellant, cold that night so we moved to a warmer area, they were very accomdating, it was an awesome experieince overall. We hated to leave.

I had a long trip to get there- and what a lovely room. I was expecting the 84.00 resort fee and was told that they were pet friendly- but did not expect a 50.00 a night charge for a twenty pound lap dog. They did bring my little friend his very own fluffy bed and matching bowls... however the paper sticky labels were still inside the bowls- so they had never been cleaned. the spa lagoon was wonderful - there were little niches were you could get limited privacy - which was nice. the grounds are magniificant- and the staff was amazing- food was not 5 star -had room service all nights I was there- the first night they forgot to deliver my salad with my dinner- and the rice on the plate with my salmon was ice cold and dried out. when the salad made it to my room - the avacado and mozzerella were good- but the tomatoes were mushy and nasty -the flat bread pizza ordered was hideous and raw. I would love to go back- but I would eat somewhere else

great beach location, very nice, easy beach access

The place was okay, not on the beach, but across a multilane busy hwy. My main issue is the mandatory valet, and resort fees ($57 a night) on top of room rate. Not to mention that they double billed me, and added extra internet charges which were supposed to be in resort fee. I happen to check credit card and find the double billing. Not really any apology, but a we are glad to assist you, and have credited you back the double charge, hope to see you again

The most important thing for me for any stay at a hotel is the staff and this staff at the Hyatt was 5 star. Very friendly and helpful.

This is my second time visiting Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach. I cannot imagine it being any better. From check in to check out our stay was perfect. We took advantage of the amenities (especially the Pacific Waters Spa) every day! It is included in your resort fee so do not hesitate to go! For most of my trip I lounged by the main pool. The weather was always in high 70s and sunny. The waiters and staff were very professional and friendly. For breakfast, my daughter and I walked to main street (about 10 minutes) for breakfast. We had lunch poolside (the angus burgers were delicious!) and usually ordered room service for dinner. The hotel offers you a 2-for-1 bike rental for the day. Everyone should take advantage of it! We biked to Newport Beach and back. The ocean was too cold for us swim in but the walks along the beach were wonderful. If you're looking for a quality vacation with your family, loved ones or just by yourself, I highly recommend Hyatt Regency!!!
