Desert Palms Hotel and Suites

The Desert Palms is conveniently located but it's still quite a walk to the Disney parks main gate. Sofa beds in the Suites are definitely not for those with bad backs! The room was nice, though, and very large and clean. The pool, while small, was clean and great for the kids during breaks from the park. We didn't try the in-house restaurants but there are lots of restaurants located nearby, especially if you're coming out of Disneyland on the way back to the room. The free breakfast was perfect for the kids - cereal, juice, donuts, etc. Nothing fancy, but it saved a stop at a restaurant! My only complaint would be that the other visitors aren't always very courteous when it comes to their small children running up and down the halls at all hours!

This was a very nice hotel, the only problem I had was the naub on the cooler/heater was missing. I was unable to control the tempreture, and called for maintenance the man said there was no problem. There was a communication gap. However when we needed more supplies for our room they were happy to bring it to us.

The Desert Palms Hotel was within walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure. There were also several restaurants close by.The continental breakfast wasn't much.I also was not able to get on the internet with my laptop.I called the front desk for assistance and she wasn't much help. I had to use their computer and printer in the business center to print boarding passes and it cost $13 to do this !Upon our arrival on May 17,the street was blocked off with police cars and fire trucks, and there were people sitting and standing around outside the hotel due to an small electrical fire,in the basement we were told. It took us more than an hour for this all to clear and for us to be able to check in. However,it was a pretty decent hotel and we would stay there again.

The hotel staff was very nice and we had a very nice room.

The Desert Palms was undergoing some renovation on the first floor, which was to continue to higher floors after the first floor was completed. The minor construction didn't really interfer with comfort. The hotel staff will go out-of-their-way to make your stay comfortable. A full breakfast is complimentary every morning in the dining room. A coctail lounge has very cheap beers and Margaritas for happy hour. The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway in north Phoenix. Downtown is only ten minutes away. The pool is clean and not highly trafficed.

The Desert Palms Hotel & Suites is a great hotel! Very upscale lobby/check in area, nice pool & spa adjacent to the lobby. Convenient for Disneyland stays, as there is a shuttle that picks up from in front of the hotel, and its the first drop off spot from disneyland! The hotel staff is very helpful, I spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with a front desk employee to ask questions about where the locals go for a good dinner, and they were GREAT about it! The room was a great value for the money, with a safe available in the closet (which is also hidden by a full length mirror), there is an in-room refridgerator.. and best of all, it was a comfortable, quiet and friendly hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend, and I plan on staying there for my next disneyland trip!

バス停から近かったこと。朝食がついていたこと。近くにコンビニがあったこと。合理性を求める私にはGood。当時はアメニティのプレゼントも実施しておりデオドラントか何かをいただきました。何よりデスクが広くてパソコン脇に書類を広げて仕事ができましたよ！平和な町なので十二分でしょう。お勧めです。カンファレンス会場ホテルは別箇所でしたが、あえて歩いて参加しました。
