Nice Place!

The only thing I did not like, there was no coffee pot in the room. Everything else was perfect!

great location

Right across the street from Disneyland but remember that still means almost a half mile walk. I thought the bed was OK but my wife thought it was a little soft. The room seemed pretty clean and the room service did a good job cleaning up. We had a small plumbing problem with a backed up sink that could happen anywhere and they took care of it while we were in the park. Overall I would recommend this place because of the location but there are a few others in the vicinity that are just as convenient. The roof top pool seemed OK as well although we didn't use it

great location for Disney

We stayed here for the Convention Center, which was walking distance. It's an average hotel, nothing special, but right across from Disney, so if you were going there, it's perfect. Beds were clean. No free breakfast of any kind, so if you have kids, you might look for a place with breakfast. Although I booked 2 Queens, they gave us the King suite at the same price. No remote for the bedroom TV, which was annoying, but can't really complain about anything else.

Great stay!!

This hotel is great. A lot of the hotels with the convenience of walking to Disneyland do not offer any sort of breakfast and this one does! CLEAN, comfortable, affordable. Loved our stay!!

not impressed at all

Staff was very friendly, no free WiFi, rooms are very small. Odor coming from sinks and restroom. Valet parking very inconvenient, very tight spaces and seemed like a hassle when you needed to take ve hicle out for errands. Will not stay again.

Great Location

I love the fact that this hotel is just across the street from Disneyland. It's a bummer that there is a parking fee, but we did not have to pay for the ART shuttles so it was a wash. Overall a great deal!

very cozy experience!

This hotel was great :D I can tell the staff loves working there since we were constanly getting lots of smiles. I honestly prefer this hotel for future stays over a bigger hotel. You dnt get the good treatment when you are at the hilton or such big hotels, since those hotels are only designed to take money out of you. Carousel is such a friendly enviroment, makes you want to go back there <3

It was just okay

I wouldn't say this hotel was anything special. It was close to Disneyland and places to eat, that was a plus. The continental breakfast was poor. It was suppose to start at 7. The second day I had to go down to the office because at 7:20 there was still no coffee, juice or milk. I had one cup of coffee when it came and there was none when I went back for a second cup ten minutes later. They only offered cereal and danish and hard boiled eggs that were not edible. I've had other continental breakfasts much much better. They charged a $10 plus tax per day for parking, which I thought was excessive. Our room was very nice, but the cover for the comforter was filthy on the top and underneath. It was replaced the second day. I don't think we would stay there again.
