If you can get a good deal, as I did ($87 total), then it is worth it. I had to change the room, because the first one was run down and noisy. But I got a better room after I complained. If you come to visit Disneyland it is definitely a convenient location, a walking distance to the theme park.

Great place to stay
Everything about the stay was perfectly fine. We had a kids suite and 6 people in the room. Room was good, pool and hot tub were good. Would've given 5 stars if there had been continental breakfast added and if it was a little closer to Disneyland. We walked to the park--solid 15 min to the entrance. 1/2 mile or so. My 6 yr old made it fine, but it seemed LONG when you walk around all day and then have a little walk to get home. If I can find something across the street directly-- I would do that next time. But otherwise- Portofino was really good!

There's a Subway kitty corner-- we hit that for breakfast and lunch one day and saved a lot of money on food. We only ate one meal in the park. We also brought snacks in backpacks for the room and walking around the park.

worth the stay
Besides the 'accessive' resort fees (pretty typical 9.99+11.56, however), I can't complain anything about this place for the room that I booked (60.01+above amount). The location is quite convenient, the parking is near by, the staffs are friendly, the room is clean enough, etc. I would recommend if get the same deal.

Great stay for disneyland
We stayed here for one night and the hotel staff were very friendly. The room was a bit stuffy and was a bit difficult to figure out the a/c. But our room came with a balcony which we were able to keep the door open to keep the stuffyness out. Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room would be my only complaint. Overall very nice stay

great first time
This was are family's first trip to Disneyland, the hotel was within walking distance of not only the park but also several restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and room was clean and comfortable especially with 4 kids. I definitely would stay again.

Great Location
The hotel is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the main gate at Disneyland. While we were there the weather was pretty chilly and couldn't get the heat to work in our room. The room was nice, but felt that some areas could have been cleaned better.

Comfy, pleasant stay
Well worth the price and close walk (15 min) to Disneyland. This hotel is comprised of two buildings. We stayed in the older one on the south side of the facility. The price was reasonable considering park proximity vs limited ammenities. Like Many of the hotels close the the park, this one needs updating. The north side building, however, appears much newer! Unfortunately, it REALLY would have been helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave for some of our meals.
