Stay was okay
Good location to Disneyland/California Adaventure. Room was decent but smaller than expected. Having to pay for WiFi was RIDICULOUS! I've traveled the U.S. and Internationaly and have never had to pay for WIFi at a 3 star hotel. Staff was great! Found them helpful, responsive, and very nice. Probably wouldn't stay there again due to room size & WiFi.

Hidden Fees
This hotel was satisfactory; the room looked bigger in the online pictures. I was displeased not so much with the room as with the hidden fees. There is a parking fee which I was not aware of until after a non-refundable booking. In addition, we were told that there was a free shuttle to Disneyland just outside the restaurant next door. Yes, there is a shuttle, no, it is not free. While these issues won't necessarily preempt a stay here, it is unfriendly to have them sprung on the patron after booking.

Piggly me
Across from Disneyland, but..
I would rather stay at Best Western. The walls were paper thin, even with my earplugs, the family next to my room kept me up until 2am. The noise of the person walking around upstairs was so loud, I thought there was someone walking around in my room. The was a GIANT cockroach in the bathroom, gross!! The bed was uncomfortable, and the air coming out of the air conditioner smelled like mold. I asked the guy at concierge about movie theaters in the area and for some reason he stared at me for a long time with a blank look as if I was asking the weirdest question, before finally answering. The restaurant onsite was ok, over priced, but that is to be expected. But, yeah, no sleep is not fun. :/ Also, parking was difficult over the weekend, but there were less cars during the week. I would be staying there again.

Family of 4 Easter Getaway
The hotel staff were excellent they helped out a lot when we needed information or we needed to change resturant reservations, they did not wasted time at all! At the restaurant & bar Tangerine the food is really good and the service very good. Regarding amenities well I was not pleased at all seeing the pool and jacuzzi so dirty! I understand it was spring break and they had lots of guests but that is exactly why they should keep it clean at all times. After those long days walking all day at Disney we really wanted to go and relax at the jacuzzi but it was disgusting you could hardly see thru and lots of hairs floating!! so disappointed. Overall if they could change that I could go back to this hotel.

sometimes waiting for shuttles will take longer than just walk. the hotel is not that far from the parks. Try to get the fast passes for the rides you really want to see, it make your life easier and happier.

Fine for Anaheim
This hotel is fine if you want to be near the convention center or Disneyland. The swimming pools are great, but the restaurant is only so so. If you're staying there with several people it is also a little hard to find the rooms, since they don't have signs with room numbers posted at the various intersections. My biggest complaint is that they charge for parking. Maybe that's standard for the area, but it seems that if you're paying for a room, you should get at least one free parking space.

Walk to Disneyland
This is one of the closest places to stay near Disneyland. The rooms are nicely furnished with parking (extra charge) close to the rooms. Bottled water is in the room (extra charge). There is a restaurant on site where you can get breakfast (extra charge on weekdays). Wireless is also available for an extra charge. We found everything fine until we found a three inch cockroach in the room. The staff were willing to move us to another room, but comped our parking charges.
