Great Escape!
Got scared when we arrived and they didn't have our reservation in their system. They found it, and then upgraded us to a "Premium Poco King" room for $10 a night. A very large, beautiful room with amazing view of the golf course and mountains. Tall vaulted ceiling with plenty of room for couch, two lounge chairs, large coffee table, and rolling padded bench. Small desk and office chair next to the fireplace. Nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Wet bar area with sink and fridge (wish it had a microwave). Stayed during the middle of the week, so we had exclusive parking right next to our room. Resort is easily accessible and just South of Sedona. Didn't eat at the restaurant (too many choices and old favorites in the area). We've visited the Sedona area a dozen times, and I think this was the nicest hotel stay we've ever had!

We found a friendly staff: easy to check in, helpful with suggestions, responsive to anything we asked. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the pretty 3-par golf course. My disappointment, however, was that the restaurant had such a limited menu, and that there was no place to get coffee and breakfast for early risers. We had to get in the car to find it.

good place to relax
It is nicely located, 10 minutes from uptown which is beautifully designed and decorated. 8 min away from great upscale art stores on the other side of town and 10 min away from downtown safe way store and many restaurants. Close to many nature attractions. Hotel has nice views of rocks when outside. Our room had a beautiful view of the fountain and ducks and vast green area around it. Very quiet and tranquil location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious but very simply decorated. nothing fancy. but has everything u need and clean. we stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time.

Sedona visitor
not impressed
The hotel room was ok. I liked the bedding but the bathroom left a little to be desired. The cabinet in our bathroom was something not even fit to be in the garage. Looked like MDF with chipped old paint on it with a granite top. Really not good at all. The tub was old and was painted with the paint peeling off. The room overall was very dark. There were some small lights over the bed and one other light on the table next to the tv. I don't think I would go there again..

What a delight
This was a perfect place to stay in Sedona. Loved our room, loved the ducks that came to visit us each morning as we sat on the patio drinking our coffee. It was a wonderful helpful staff and the in room meals were reasonably priced. The only slight negative, was the shower was dark, since the shower curtain was heavy material.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
The pink jeep tours are the most well known in sedona, but the other companies offer the same things for less. We used " a day in the West" and loved our experience.
