Great hotel in a great location

The room at the Resort Suites in Scottsdale above expectations. As you walked in it had a dinning room, kitchen, large living room, large closet, and good size bedroom. Very clean comfortable in a great location. Would recommend to all. This location was also a golfers paradise.

Great hotel but stay on the top floor...

Great hotel, very nice rooms. Doesn't appear to have elevators so your luggage can be an issue if you don't use the hotel staff. We were in a second floor room with guests below and above. The stairs outside seemed to amplify the steps of those going to the room above us at all hours of the night and early morning, loud enough to wake us up and keep us up. I would stay there again but insist on a top floor room.

Generally a good resort

Overall the stay was good. It was surprising to see that the resort was under significant construction and the temporary entrances were not well marked. In general, this construction was not too inconvenient, but it did alter some of the amenities.

This facility is under ...

This facility is under construction. And 5am is 5am. Besides hearing guests in ajoining suites, which I would say at one time this was a condo/suite type facility, they are broken down to smaller units. The housekeeping rolls out the trolly about 7am. Yes, you can hear that too. BUT what was the most disturbing thing we came back late from a conference not too far from the facility, and we are two women, in a downstairs unit, the balcony door was left open, and we were really upset by this. We walked around our room with all the lights on examining our suitcases, and checking in the closets and bathroom for intruders. We told management the next morning upon checkout, and they gave us $15.00 off the onsite fee (woo-hoo)they charge for parking/wi-fi. Anyway, I won't be going back....you can bet on that.

lame

this hotel was alright but unfortunatley had more downsides than up. the hotel was under construction and the way things were set up to work around the construction was confusing and very inconvenient. the room itself was alright I suppose though it was rather small, the sink was also small and over crowded by the coffee maker a pile of towels drinking glasses and all the complimentary soaps and such. the location was good there were plenty of resturants and a store nearby

Great property

The Resorts Suites of Scottsdale Arizona was a great property with several pools. There was construction in progress that we didn't know about, but the management put us in a room far away from the noise. The dining was extremely expensive. When the construction is complete this will be a wonderful site. We will return.

an okay stay

The room was very nice, after a room switch. They billed extra for phone, an hotel charges. Undergoing construction. When it is done it'll probably be a nicer place to stay.
