Average weekend

This is supposed to be a resort but the room was similar to any mid-level hotel chain. The staff was helpful when they were around but called down to front desk a couple of times and never had anyone answer ended up having to walk down to the front desk to get my question answered. It is not a good location for me wouldn't be my first choice for my next visit.

Great resort

The Scottsdale Resort is a beautiful setting and easy to reach from the Sky Harbor Airport. The rooom was beautiful, clean, great beds and a nice 52" HDTV. I spent a lot of time next to pool which had great lounge chairs and nice service bar. This location was easy access to all of Scottsdales shopping districts. I found a very friendly staff at the front desk and in the sports lounge. I would stay again, especially during the month of October.

My review of Scottsdale Resort

The Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center was very satisfactory. I traveled alone and just for pleasure. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The towels were exceptional quality, there were robes for the guests. The dining choices were very good. Dining in one of the two restaurants was excellent. Food could be ordered at the bar in the lounge as well. All staff that I dealt with were extremely professional, courteous and helpful.
