Beautiful Resort, beautiful area!

Beautiful area, Scottsdale is absolutely gorgeous. Great location, close to several great restaurants. There was a 16 dollar per day resort fee that was tacked on that I didnt care for, because I didnt want the news paper delivered, or have the need for internet use, I found that to be unnessicary.

Beautiful and a good deal

Had to wait for my wife to get off an international flight. She was delayed a day and I spent a very nice, if solitary, afternoon at the pool. The place is very nice and a beautiful golf course. Went jogging in the am.

Very Unhappy!!

I was EXTREMELY unhappy with this hotel. Firstly there personal service besides for the valet was really lacking,Very unfriendly Staff. Secontly I was hit for additional charges that was never mentioned When I booked this Resort Online. One of the biggest problems I had with this Hotel is the lack of reception I had with my cellphone, If you Have A Iphone (with at&t service) Or Sprint. Do not stay here because you will not receive service inside of the hotel, you litually have to walk 1.5 blocks outside of the hotel to have a signal, which is a very bad thing if you're traveling for business and you need you're cell on at all times. I personally would not stay or recommand any of my friends to stay at this specific Hotel Ever.

Nice stay ruined by additon charges

Great hotel and service but there was additional Resort Fee of $16 a day. This information is buried amonst all the disclaimers. Not very ethical to state this is the "price" when it is really the "price" + resort fee. I would think that most of your users are basing their choice of hotel on price. This is more of a Cheap Ticket issue.
