Good enough
The grounds were beautiful and in a great location. The room itself was just ok. Loads of potential but needs a remodel. Old TV. Super comfortable bed!

Excellent value
Older but well maintained rooms. Clean. Very nice location. Right next door to a shopping center. Small fridge, but no microwave. An excellent value.

Great location, but...
I read a number of negative comments on this hotel and after staying there I like to add my own comments. I agree with most negative comments posted and will add the following. First room we checked in was a bit of a downer as the room was old fashioned looking, with a really tiny and old looking bathroom. Worst of all the TV's were at least 20 years old! The positive is that it's very well located, service was good and I have to point out that when the first room had problems with the vanity light they sent a maintenance guy right away. While in the room we pointed out that the floor was wet by the couch and he immediately contacted the front desk to ask for another room. This room was exactly the same as the first one with mho wet spots on the rug but lot's of stains. The gal at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast for the next morning which was a nice gesture. One other point that no one mentioned ia that the night front desk employee was not as savy or as well informed as the day staff.

Easy to check in - really pretty scenery. Staff was very friendly and helpful with ideas and things to do. One issue was the version of MS Word on the lobby computers. I could not open some of my file docs due to the computer software not being "modern" enough to open my docs. Need to fix that.

Very Nice and Peaceful
I was visiting on business and really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The Staff was very accomodating and I truly enjoyed the experience. I really liked the room Decor the Draperies and Bedding was very nice and comforting.

Wonderful family vacation
We stayed in a spacious room right near the pool. The location was fabulous as we could walk to restaurants and even a Trader Joe's for groceries. The pool was fabulous!! We spent every day there swimming and enjoying the sun. There was a restaurant at the pool so we were able to have lunch there too. The staff was very courteous. They provided a town car that drove us to Old Town Scottsdale. We will definitely be back for another visit.
