first room I got that I spent one night had smell of smoke, even though I request a non-smoking room. When I inquired, the desk/mgr was accomodating to move me next door. Waffles at bkf was A class.

Wonderful hotel, location, and price!
The staff was very courteous and the room was kept up nicely each day. Very friendly service by the hotel staff and they also were knowledgable about local attractions. One of their workers even printed up our airline boarding passes. We would highly recommend this hotel for the traveler looking for a great price, friendliness, and location in Arizona.

A nice place
Right off freeway. At first I was concerned that it would be loud, but never noticed the freeeway noise. Great room, big and roomy, all the amenities for personal or business. Very nice breakfast lounge downstairs.

Best bargain in Scottsdale
I was surprised to see how nice, clean, and full of modern aminities.This hotel reported as three stars, but easily can challenge any 4 stars.I definitely will stay here again.

Overall an excellent stay, although concerned about that door open onto unlocked stairs. Computers were not set to print to the printer provided. Needed to print boarding passes, so took much time searching out the problem.
