Hospitality Suite Resort

staffs were very kind and room was very clean. Made my trip joyful!!

We hade a great time . room was clean daily .,,,we did the studio suite and was confortable for two people.Would go back for another stay.

Just needed a place to stay for the night before an early flight. Cool hotel, the style was like the Chevy chase "vacation" movie with the pool surrounded by the hotel structure. A couple bar&grill joints within walking distance. Good price. Very comfy bed. Nice to have real dishes in the kitchenette. Ten minutes from sky harbor.

staff was friendly and helpful.Bed was confortable and clean.Parking was not conveniently located to the room.shower stall was way too small.ladies even if your petite and want to shave your legs,it's not going to happen.If you like your room a bit cooler forget that,no matter where you set the thermostate,it's only going to be 75.Pool closes @11pm but on the monday I was there the noise went on well past that time.

The staff were extemely helpful. The location was convenient, with places to eat within walking distance. If you prefer a bathtub, be sure to request a room with one. My two year old was disappointed to only have a shower, but I didn't request one, nor did I ask for one after discovering only a shower in the room, so I'm not sure if they could have accommodated that request or not.

The staff was very helpful to accomodate our needs , all rooms are non smoking we had o change because of the smell of cigarette, we were moved but the new room still was smelly ,the rooms are outdated. I travel a lot to scottsdale for family gateways I will no go back to this hotel, there a lot better for the price.

For those who need an extended stay near downtown Scottsdale at an affordable price, look no further!

Ok for layover. Not romantic, but cheap by comparison. Big plus for cooking facilities. I mean everything. Plates, forks, toaster, microwave, hotplate etc. It's all thriftstore stuff but who cares. The refer was noisy but I sleep with earplugs in anyway. It was 108F outside and the room was fine at 70F. Pool is nice. The airport shuttle runs at the top of the hour- not by demand and the first one is at 7:00am so if that works for you then ok. Don't know when the last one is. There is a scary booze supply next door but they have pop/mixer too. Scary nightclub next to that with parking lot activity. You can't hear this from the rooms but your kids could find there way over there I guess. Peace, pm.

Very courteous staff, even at 1am! My flight was delayed by 7 hrs, yet they kept my room available for me. Fast check in, very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and well worth the value I paid.

The hotel was nice and we really enjoyed the cocktail hour each day. The pool was clean, as was our room. The area directly around the hotel wasn't the greatest, but the location as far as driving was great - we were in the middle of Tempe and downtown Scottsdale. The only real downside was that we didn't get the complimentary breakfast at the hotel because we didn't book directly through them.
