I Traveler
Needs a makeover
This hotel is overdue for an upgrade. Limited TV channels with no HD stations offered. Heating units made the room very warm then very cold, very difficult to regulate and very noisey. Breakfast was of average quality for this level of hotel. For the price there must be better options. Room and bathrooms are dated.

Amazing Stay!
I originally was going to stay at another hotel and waited too long to book it. The rate went up to a price outside of my range so I started to shop around and stumbled upon this hotel and booked it. I stayed in the whirlpool suite and LOVED it. Everytime I am in Scottsdale I will stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was gorgeous and beyond clean and oh so spacious. I definetely got so much bang for my buck.

An OK Stay...
Website showed the King Junior Suite with a separate living area. When checked in the Junior suite was not as shown in website. Apparently there is a disconnect with what is actually there and what is shown [...] Also was supposed to get complimentary 2 drinks and a appetizer coupon upon check-in, however, did not receive that either.

Father's day treat
My husband and I came from Tucson and stayed there for 2 nights and had the best time ever! We went to see the DimondBacks vs White Sox on Father's day. One of the hotel worker told us about a resturant that was having a Father's day brunch for free! She didn't even knows us but was soooo friendly. In fact the whole staff were very helpful. I hope to stay there each time we come to town.

The staff was very helpful to us in directions or information. They know what stores are in their surroundings. When we were looking for USA Today Newspaper the front office staff called CVS store located on the same block and asked if they had any available, they did! She gave us direction. I thought that was very helpful.

Right in the Heart of Old Scottsdale
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Our room had a couple of problems (air conditioning and TV), but they were prompt to make corrections and extremely accommodating.

"Heaven for the baseball fan"
First trip to Arizona and went mainly to watch some spring training baseball. Hotel is within easy walking distance of the SF Giants training facility and Scottsdale Stadium (Fantastic !) Hotel is very clean, nice looking, great pool and breakfast. In addition I give all the staff 5 stars (especially the help desk) as they answered all my questions, provided good tips on restaurants and did it all with a smile. I definately plan to return to Arizona and will surely stay at The Hilton Garden Inn in Scottsdale Old Town

The NY Giant Fan
A very convenient place
We picked the place because of its closeness to Scotsdale Stadium where we went to a couple of Giant games. The staff at front desk could not be nicer and went out of their way to assist. Unfortunately, my room faced the busy street (Indian Rd?) and heard lots of traffic on Friday and Saturday nights. advice -- get a room that faces inward. The Fitness Center is very small. The bar is very average.

Great Experience at Hilton Garden Inn
We arrived near midnight and were very tired from our flight,etc., the front desk attendent checked us in very quickly, so we could get settled and get to sleep. The lobby was well lit, clean and had fresh lemon infused water available--which we enjoyed very much after our long flight. The room was comfortably "roomy", it was spotless, the bed was comfortable, however the heating/cooling system fan was bit loud. We enjoyed a very good (and well priced!) brunch the next morning--one of the managers couldn't have been more attentive or friendly. My husband and I usually stay in more pricey, higher end boutique hotels, however, I'd gladly stay at the HIlton Garden Inn in Scottsdale, no hesitation!
