The hotel 3 Palms is just two miles from downtown Scottsdale and is both convenient and opulent. Chic decor touches include padded headboards and handpicked modern art. Nice stay!
Clean room, Brandon at the front desk checked us in early...so friendly! Pool was super clean. Great stay at a reasonable price.

Very nice clean room with a hot tub. Location was great and the staff was friendly. Didn't offer any kind of breakfast and no coffee cups in room. Overall a great hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is average but clean. Interesting shape, large hottub. Minifridge and microwave included in room which was helpful. Grocery store across the street.

Memorable Getaway
My 5 day trip was to remember why I love Phoenix so much. Knowing that I would spend minimal time in a hotel I wanted a nice budget friendly hotel with a beautiful feel that was in the middle if Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler Arizona. What I got was an AMAZING hotel room that fulfilled my needs and much much more... Reading all reviews from site to site I was skeptical about this hotel. But I took my chance as if it was as bad as the reviews mentioned, it wouldn't matter as I would only stay to sleep and shower up. When arriving to the hotel they were really busy and anyone who knows anything about working, is that being busy in a job is tedious and takes alot to keep up with all around you. However even though they were busy I was greeted and acknowledged. I received my room in a timely manner, taking into account that they were busy. I was astonished to what the reviews stated and what I was actually receiving and seeing. ALL THE NEGATIVE AND HARSH COMMENTS WERE WRONG especially some statements that this place was in the ghetto or bad part of town, wow some people have no clue that they are pompous, this place is no where near a ghetto. This hotel is between Scottsdale and Tempe there is nothing bad about this location as a matter of fact its near the Scottsdale Greenbelt park which runs up north of Scottsdale down to the Phoenix zoo and botanical gardens. In a few years this area will be built up to high class citizens expectations and pay more for the same hotel. There may be vagrants around but never did I see them close to the hotel or near the park or a 5 mile radius from the hotel. The hotel itself was perhaps an old motel/hotel that was brought back to life. But it was brought back to life in a stylish and extravagant way. The room I stayed in was a two room suite with kitchenette, two bathrooms with 2 showers and a living room. each room had a flat screen and plenty of room to live in, it is spacious and very modern and contemporary. The kirchen had pots, pans, plates, and utenils, fridge, microwave, and stove. No expense was held to give this room modern clean feel. The pool was very nice it has a big hot spa and a normal temp pool that both are spacious. There is also a full service bar there too that is only open part time, but no big deal. THE GYM, OH THE GYM this gym is better than any other gym that I have seen at a hotel. Most hotels only have a tread mill and maybe if your lucky universal machine and free weights. This had all that. Enough to keep this gym rat smirking and saying "not bad, not bad at all" Next time I travel to Scottsdale/ Tempe I sure will check in here if there is vacancy. In my hopes, I would want the reviews to scare people off so that I can check in when ever I want and get a room when I want. I highly recommend this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!

If you are wanting to stay on the easy side of town and be in the middle of the east side of town from the north Cave Creek to the south of Queen Creek. This is the place to stay if your on a budget

Walker's Get away
The motel was excellent. It had amenities (such as refrig and microwave) that other top hotels did not offer. The rooms were all upgreaded. Location wasn't bad either. I highly recommend this motel.

Not a bad place, but site needs to do a better job of telling you if this is outdoor access or not. I don't like to stay in places with outdoor access and I could not tell at all that this was an outdoor access, very dissappointed when I checked in

What a find!
If you think any nice hotel in Scottsdale is expensive, think again. The property is located along side a wonderful park that extends for miles. The pool is even long enough to swim laps.
