Close to all Spring Training Ballparks
Very nice and polite staff. Printed out a Google Map on how to get to a ballpark that did not appear on my navigation system.

Fun and Education with a Friend
I was there for a seminar. I could walk to the Black Canyon Convention Center it was just through the parking lot. Nice location, with a large mall the other side of the freeway and many places to eat just down the street. I plan to stay there the next time I attend a conference at the convention center.

Our trip to convention
The room was great and well-equipped.The Continental Breakfast was poorly equipped: no juice cups or coffee cups, Only two types of cereal offered :fruit Loops and Cheerios.

Affordable, clean room
My wife and I needed an overnight stay for business with a kitchen. The location was perfect for our needs, and overall a good stay. The room was a little small (queen studio), and there were a few stains on the sofa, but otherwise we were very pleased with the quality and condition. The staff were VERY polite and helpful. The fitness room was very small, but it worked. This is a good place for families or business travelers looking for an affordable place with basic amenities and overall positive experience. We really liked that the entire facility was non-smoking.
