Best trip we've experienced
The hotel was very easy to find and all staff members were extremely friendly and willing to help if needed. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The first day we drove into downtown Phoenix and it was very pretty, very clean and seemed like there was a lot to do. There are tons of good restaurants. The next day, we drove three hours north to go to the Grand Canyon. Do not forget sun block! The Grand Canyon is an amazing experience. It shows how little we are. The third day, we drove just an hour and a half north to Sedona. We hiked, are some delicious BBQ and walked up an down the strip looking at all of the tourist attractions. It was the best time we had and we will go back!!

Great hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very big and the beds are comfortable. You're not going to find better for the price.

This hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. The breakfast staff was exceptional and kept the breakfast items replenished as needed. Everything was kept hot or cold depending on the food item and there was more than enough. The choices were very good. Our only concern was that the maid staff left something to be desired. We did not expect our beds to be made everyday but we would have liked the small complimentary coffee pot to be cleaned, the toilet paper and Kleenex replenished as needed and the soaps also replaced as needed. The suite was spacious and well appointed and we would go back again but would want better housekeeping.

take the dunlap exit to get to the hotel..if you take Peoria you will have to go around the hotel and through a neighboring business to get to the hotel

Great value
Location was great for a conference at the Black Canyon Conf. Center. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and a good breakfast buffet. Terrific value for the low price.

Good value
Even with the construction on the first floor, the staff made sure it lived up to its billing. They had made arrangements for the closed fitness to use the one next door. Room clean each time we returned after a day out.
