Spacious and Comfortable

I was attending a conference and did not spend much time at the hotel. My room (it's an all-suite hotel) was very comfortable, with lots of room to relax when I was there. Free wi-fi throughout the hotel, and a free breakfast are both great amenities. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, but the quality of the food was pretty average.The staff seemed pleasant and helpful.

If you're a pub crawler, it's a short walk to the Rose and Crown, a British-style pub in the Heritage Park area. Good fish and chips, along with English and some local beers.

Great Room for Price

Phoenix Trip

Stayed for 1 night. Requested a late checkout on Feb 6 and given 2pm checkout. Came back to the room at 12pm and our room key cards were already disabled and had to wait 15 min in front of the room for concierge to let us in via master key. Aside from that incident, everything went well.

Springhill Suites Phoenix Downtown

Spent the weekend @ Chase Field for ballgames. The hotel was within easy walking distance of field. Rooms were comfortable with microwave & fridge for easy access. Desk staff was very friendly & helpful.

Comfortable Hotel

The hotel was the perfect location at a good price for my purposes, which was to be close to Chase Field for baseball games. However, it is a short walk to downtown Phoenix, approx. 15-20 minutes, where many shops, restaurants etc. are located.

Clean and tidy

We requested a room on the bottom floor and were given the room designated for the disabled which we did NOT like at all. The shower made the bathroom wet and messy and the room did not come with a set apart living room as the other rooms had. We were very unhappy that we were not asked if we would like the room before we were booked into it.
