room was big and clean customer service was first rate couldnt ask for more

Everything was very good. There was a variety of breakfast items including fresh fruit and yogurt. The entire hotel was very clean inside and out. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was very quiet at night. It was located right off of a main road and freeway. Easy to find. Many stores nearby.

Me and family were in between homes. When plans changed with my older children staying with their friends and we needed a different room with two beds, they told me no. Myself and 4 children were in a one bed room for the evening.I will NOT be staying there again.

Would have liked to have a table in room to play cards and thought room came with a small refrigerator.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially [...] (hope I spelled her name right) she made sure we knew where everything was, gave us directions more than once, and they were perfect.

My wife and I traveled to Phoenix for a business trip. This was our 2nd trip, but our first time at this hotel. This hotel is average, but the staff made things worse. When we first checked in I made a mistake on Orbitz only putting on person on the reservation when it was supposed to be 2. You may say simple mistake, but according to Sleep Inn "Policy" we had to pay $25 dollars more. This was obsured! If I would have fixed the reservation on Orbitz it would have cost the same price wether it was 2 people or up to 4 people, but since we arrived to the hotel on the day of the reservation (not changing the reservation within the 24 hour guideline) Orbitz could not change the reservation to 2 people and this hotel took full advantage of this making us pay an extra $25 dollar for me to stay. Also upon check in we were required to pay a $50 dollar deposit in which Orbitz never informed us of, I really do not know on which side the blame falls on there. After that the clerk tried to give us an upstairs room when all of the smoking rooms are upstairs. My wife and I do not smoke so I requested a downstairs room. The clerk tried to tell me "no it is not that bad, the smoking rooms are down the hall more then the room we are going to be staying" I told him no I want to be downstairs because I do not want to deal with the slighest bit of smoke. The hotel was nerly empty so it should not have been a problem. After a couple minutes he said ok and gave us a downstairs room next to all the vending and everything "ugh". The was more but not enough space to leave all the comments here. Another incident I had was being asked for my ID and Last name when the clerk knew that I was a guest there. I left my key in the room and the same clerk that gave me towels and washclothes the previous day asked me for my ID AGAIN when I went to the front desk and asked for another key. This was just plain RUDE. I will not stay here again!

We were quite pleased with every facet of this lodging. The complimentary continental breakfast was convenient and delicious. The location, close to two main freeways was helpful.

Check in was easy and fast, room was neat clean and comfortable and quiet. Was easy access to the interstate! Pool was clean and good basic continental breakfast.
