Dying Sister

My sister and I booked this hotel quickly as our sister in Pheonix was dying and we needed to get to Arizona as soon as possible. The staff for this hotel is the saving grace for this property. The property itself is old and not as clean as we would wish.

Bring ear plugs!

Chose this hotel as it was close to Spring Training venue. However, it was VERY noisy place to stay! I wore ear plugs all night. The carpet was stained and dirty; under the bed had not been cleaned/vacuumed for some time. Towels were changed out each day, but toilet was not touched all week. Offsetting that: the front desk staff was helpful, courteous and efficient. Will NOT stay here again.

Weekend family trip

Over all experience was good. Loved the price. We were in town for the Cardinals vs Dolphins game so we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. When we did need something (our toilet broke) they were very quick to help us. My kids loved the pool and I loved the fact that it wasn't packed full of people. I did NOT like that there wasn't a continental breakfast. Coffee only. Continental breakfasts help so much in the mornings when you travel with kids.

family trip

Hotel was ok, it really is a good value for the money. The rooms need to be updated. But for the most part I would probably stay there again.

It was about what I expected. Good location for what we needed. Hotel needs some updates. Staffing was short. Took over 45 minutes to check in. Ice machines on our floor were turned off until the weekend when they had more guests.

very disapointing.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. THE ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON DAILY BASIS. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD, FREE PARKING. THUMS DOWN!
