Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport is near area corporate offices and within minutes from the Phoenix Convention Center and downtown area. The only Radisson at the Phoenix Airport is located just one block from the Light-rail will help make the most of valuable leisure and business time. Ideally located just south of the 202 Freeway on 44th Street, the hotel is within a 10 minute drive to golf, casinos, and upscale shopping and restaurant venues in Scottsdale and Tempe.Radisson Phoenix Airport Hotel provides 24 hour complimentary airport shuttle service to and from Sky Harbor International Airport. Business trip
Clean rooms, courteous staff, great location, reasonable rates, sparkling pool, necessary amenities like bottled water - what more could you ask for? Free wi-fi? Stand back, that was included too! A pleasant surprise, as I'm usually charged up to $15/day for internet service at other mainstream hotels. Thanks Radi, for taking proper care of your guests.

Radisson Not So Rad
The Good: Very close to the airport; sleep comfort bed; decent little bar; bartender who made a great vodka martini. The Bad: AC in the room is overpowering in sound and air. Whatever happend to quiet air conditioners? I had to sleep w/out a/c on. It's too loud and blows the cold air right on you!! No snack vending machine on floors. The only on is located in the ground level near the computer room. The restaurtant food was good but hotels (not just Radisson) charge way too much for their meals!!! The Ugly: Not quite sure what the bizzare smell in the room was? Not really unpleasant per se but just a bit on the funky side. Room chiar a bit uncomfortbale. Sleep comfort remote could use an explanation on various comfort levels.

It was OK
The room was clean, bed comfortble but the in window air conditioner was very noisy. The bathroom was clean but need esoteric repair: cracked porcelain in the bath tub. At first glance, I thought it was blood because it cracked down to the iron metal base. The room service menu listed items that were no longer available. It would have been nice if there had been a refidgerator as listed on the hotel's web page. Refrigerators were available a $10/day.

Poor Customer Service
Beautiful hotel...Nice size room...Large desk with sitting area...Swivel TV...However TV unplugged if you tried to swivel TV to watch in sitting area...Cords were too short...comfortable beds. Dissatisfied with Customer Service. Tried to call for the hotel shuttle but this Radisson was not included in the airport direct phone lines. Found out later there are 3 Radisson Hotels in that area. So make sure you know the phone number to your hotel! Called and confirmed my hotel reservation. Requested the hotel shuttle pick me up at the airport. My ears were closed from the air flight. Staff was very short and rude when I asked them to repeat questions they asked over the phone. The hotel was only a few miles away yet I had to call 3 times and wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up. I later found out the shuttle comes to the airport every 20 minutes!So what happened??? Asked for a wake up call for my flight the next morning. Good thing I set my alarm because I never received the phone call. It's a shame because the hotel was well worth the cost per night...However, I will not go back because of the Poor Customer Service. Location is close to the airport but I would chose another location closer to restaurants and shopping. Without a car...you were basically forced to eat in the hotel which was closed for lunch???

Flagstaff Commuter
Nice room, bad steak
The hotel is convenient to the airport and a good place to stay for early morning flights or late night arrivals at the PHX airport. The rib eye steak was thin, over cooked, and greasy. I should have went around the corner to Bill Johnson's Big Apple Steak house on Van Buren

Very nice!
I needed a place to stay overnight since I had a late flight into Phoenix and had to drive to Tucson. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
