Service Supreme!
Our stay at your resort was awesome. The entire staff especially, Christina and I beliveve the other girls name was Stacy went above and beyond making us feel right at home while at Rico's. Even the younger employees at the River Ranch were very helpful and polite. Also, we can't forget Adam for all the imformation he shared about the resort or Grace for her wonderful cheery service at breakfast. Your resort we'll be our choice every year when we come back for Spring Training

Disappointing
I stayed at this hotel on business for 6 nights. They put me in a room on the first floor which was loud and I constantly heard the staff yelling at each other and being very loud in general at all hours of the day. I asked to switch rooms and was told they were full. Finally they did switch my room and the shower head on the vertical sliding rack was broken so it would not stay in place. We called to have it fixed and then the next day... they had not fixed it. My fiancee called to tell them and they tried to send someone up, but at that point we were getting ready for dinner so we told them we were now using the shower. The manager said "Do you want me to fix it or not?". There were other issues as well such as a bug in the coffee maker and the elevator was broken. The staff was the worst part. I would never stay here again.

Girls Getaway weekend
Overall the hotel was great! The river ranch was phenominal! It would have been nice to know that most of the bars/restaurants were going to be closed. There is nothing around this hotel and they only had 1 expensive restaurant open. The bell men were amazing! Getting us anything we needed including bringing us places to get food/drinks. Was just really disappointed with with most everything being shut down.

Awesome Time!!!
This was our first visit to Phoenix as a family and we totally enjoyed ourselves. The location was perfect, close to Scottsdale, Tempe, and Chandler. We enjoyed the mini golf and the tennis courts as well as the water park. So much fun!

Rawhide: About 1/2 hour from hotel in Chandler. My 7 year old son had a blast riding the mechanical bull and climbing the rocks. The steak at the Steakhouse was fantastic!

Great stay!!
Staff was great! I booked a studio instead of a sweet, and I was able to get upgraded for free. The rooms were clean, all the commodities and service you could hope for.

Stayed here with friends while attending a family wedding. Couldn't have been a better situation. The only downside was restaurant on site it was rather ordinary and a bit pricey.

An Oasis in the desert
Upon arriving at the resort, I knew this was a special place. The staff was attentive and spot on with their information on local attractions and resort ameneties. We stayed in the 1BR King Casita and it was absolutely worth it! It is like having your own apartment and it is very spacious. The surrounding area on the resort is green and well kept. There is so much to do there between the water park and full spa; this is a real resort. I would definitely go back again!

Bobby Q. Recommended by the concierge, this was some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The hand cut steaks are also great. Try the Q rolls as an appetizer, my four year old loved them (and she hates eating meat!)
