Scared momma
As close to bates motel as possible
After we checked in we had to walk down 2 buildings to our room. Along the way we were watched by 2 dudes who were just standing around the motel. If we had chosen to be brave enough to venture out of the room, we wouldn't be able to walk anywhere to get food and only 1 pizza place would deliver there. In the morning police, an ambulance and fire truck were our alarm clock because they were coming to the motel. This place looked like it served as the local "no tell motel". We paid in advance and it was non refundable but we didn't even come back for the second night. That's how scary it was. I did not feel safe there. Btw right before we left we saw drops of blood at the foot of the bed!

Convenient Budget Stay
The hotel is just about a mile north of I-10 & it was a convenient budget stop-over in Phoenix. The room & bathroom were clean, with no unpleasant odor. There was abundant hot water for the shower, & TV choices were adequate. The overall appearance of the hotel is poor, & police were holding vigil in the parking lot.

NW snowbird
Comfortable, safe, convenient
Motel is very convenient to Hwy 17, close to airport. Not a lot of restaurants in area, heavy police presence suggests crime concerns but we had absolutely no problems and didn't see anything concerning. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff anticipated our need for a ground-level room and gave suggestions for restaurants. Would stay here again, especially for the low price! (we're on a tight budget)

Stuck in Phoenix
A motel in the middle of nowhere. No supermarkets nearby this rundown neighborhood. Plenty of parking and it's just off the freeway.

Basic, Clean, Sleeping Place - Gd Price
Affordable, for my purpose of just haveing a place to sleep and shower. Was not in the room much.

[...] I believe you should remove this hotel from you available list. Not well maintain location. TV was 13" old analog and did not work. Had to ask for the refund. Did not stay in the holel.[...]
