Felt like home away from home
We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was great each morning. My husband, a big coffee drinker, was pleased they had 24 hr coffee in the lobby! Honestly, I never had to perk any in the room. It is close enough to shops, dining and grocery stores that you can walk -- and of course the Phoenix weather was great for that, but they have a free shuttle available if you don't want to. We would definitely stay here again.

Short drive from hotel
There are lots of beautiful sights to see. Just take a drive down Camelback Road to the next town or to climb to the top of Camelback Mountain.

very comfortable
Breakfast and dinner buffet were quite good and certainly adequate, plus we didn't have to go out. staff waqs very friendly and helpful...the shuttle was a nice touch! would stay there again.....

Very nice place and great location!
Very enjoyable. Only negative is the breakfast gets packed on weekends and there are few tables to acomodate everyone.

My Stay at Homewood Suites in Phoenix
We stayed at the Hotel and visited children in the area each day. The hotel was conveniently located and well maintained. We would consider staying there again!

Great hotel!
This hotel is fabulous and extremely reasonably priced! The rooms are huge -- like a small apartment -- with a real bedroom, a real bathroom, a real living room and a real kitchen. And I think it's the only hotel in Phoenix that still has smoking rooms. The views aren't great but it's in the heart of a metropolitan area so there is easy access to lots of amenities. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast every morning and dinner Monday through Thursday, all complimentary with the room. I really enjoyed my stay there and am planning to go back in December.

Great Stay!
I just returned from my trip to Phoenix and stayed at the Homewood Suites for 4 day, 3 nights. It was a nice hotel and I enjoyed the spacious room. My king bed was very comfortable and I liked the large flat screen T.V.s. The location was also great with a ton of restaurants and shopping close by. The free, hot breakfasts were good, but I never tried their dinners. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the freeway, but very quite.

For great upscale restaurants and shopping visit the Biltmore Fashion Park and Camelback Esplanade. If you want more casual dining and discount shopping, go to the Camelback Collonade which is withing walking distance

Noisey
We are not early risers and the noise from the swimming pool and house keeping slamming doors was very disturbing. Otherwise great value accomodations in a great location.
