nice hotel all around
I really liked the variety of breakfast foods and that we were able to sit out by the pool while eating. Our room was facing the Freeway which was VERY noisy-suggest having a room facing the parking lot. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Nice business center w/computer and printer.

One night stay
We stayed one night before flying out of the area. The room was nice and we enjoyed the pool. It was within walking distance of a gas station and a restaurant.

Good value for overnight stop
Clean room. Great continental breakfast which included bagels, cereal, fruit, and pancakes. Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Other fast food restaurants 5 mins away. Small but clean swimming pool. On the downside, our room was on the highway side, but the noise was not an issue and we felt we were placed here because of our booking source.

Good hotel
Nice staff, clean room, no complaints. We had a flat tire and the manager let us stay a bit longer while we made calls to AAA and rental car company. Very friendly staff and nice accomodations made the fiasco easier to deal with while on vacation.

If you are flying home from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, get there at least three hours before your flight is scheduled to leave, as security checkpoints are disorganized and extremely slow.

Great value and service
Holiday Inn Express-Chandler was a great value. The hotel was very clean, the room was large, and the staff was friendly and helpful with my check-in and requests. Also, complimentary breakfast spread is convenient and offers healthy options.
